My first experience which was June 2015 was pretty good because the mechanics took me to my car in the garage which they should be doing to show me what was needed for my vehicle. The second and most recent time which was Monday, October 5th, 2015, The salesman said I needed to replace four tires which unfortunately I bought into when I really needed to replace one or get the tire fixed. The icing on the cake is that I was also told that I needed to replace my shocks/struts which would of been a $1,200 repair. So I took it to another shop that is well respected by many people and has been around longer than this Midas as I found out I only needed a tire stabilizer which is a $200 repair. Do your research on the shops before trusting your vehicle to that mechanic and consider all options before saying yes!

I brought my car to Midas to have a repair done on my ABS (anti skid) system. Sometimes a repair on an ABS slystem can be simple or very expensive. Midas ran a diagnostic on the system and had the problem pinpointed in a very few minutes. The part was ordered and the repair was done at a very reasonable price. The problem came from my After Market Warranty Company. They required so much information that I thought that Midas would say that we dont have time to do all of this, but that was not the case. The service manager patiently handled the claim and submitted all of the necessary paperwork. I would not have had the patience, especially since the entire bill was only for a $210. Midas of Burnsville, you have a customer for life.

Just before the 4th of July holiday weekend, I stopped by to have the "flex tube" of my 2006 Toyota Camry replaced. I had gone online and reviewed repair options as my local Toyota dealer offered my two options: An OEM replacement that would cost $800 or an aftermarket replacement for $600. After reviewing other options it was clear that assuming there was no other damage to the exhaust pipe (which there wasnt) I could just have the flex pipe portion replaced. After a quick consult with the assistant service manager, 35 minutes later the pipe was replaced. Total repair cost: $178. I am one very happy customer. I intend to visit them again for future repairs.

First time ever going to this location, on recommendation from a friend who went to the Apple Valley location (same owner for both). I had to get my brakes taken care of and had received a hugely high estimate from another company. Midas beat it by over 60% and didnt add parts that were unnecessary. They didnt recommend replacing parts that were working fine and walked me through everything. I worked with Justin who is basically a rock star and is very professional and personable. Ive been stressed out for days about my car and should have just come to Midas in the first place. They have my business for anything I need with my car!

Justin and Eric took fantastic care of me. I had snapped the oil plug on my E46 BMW and needed it fixed asap. They over the phone gave me a quote and then delivered. Thankfully they were honest and for the first time ever going there, you can expect me to recommend people to go there. Very professional and helpful. Really appreciated the service from these guys. They got me in and out for cheaper than they thought it would be which was nice surprise when Im sure they could have charged me more and ripped me off. I give them a solid 5 stars.

I have been going there regularly for about three years. Their repairs have been expert, they bring you to your vehicle to show you the malfunction rather than just tell you about it. Yesterday, I thought I had transmission issues, and Justin, Rick and Tony all took a look at it and comprehensively tested things out, and found that it was the catalytic converter. They flushed my transmission fluid twice just to make sure the job was done there too. I highly recommend these guys. They give great service, and my car runs very well now.

Took my two cars there a few times for oil changes after buying one of their coupon "books" (a large cardboard sheet) without being told that these books expire after a year. I probably used four or five coupons before the guy at the desk literally took away the coupon book from me and said that those coupons were about to expire, basically making me feel like an idiot for falling for the coupon book deal. Naturally, Im never going back there again. Otherwise, no objections on the service, which is why Im not giving it a 1-star rating.

I came in here to get my abs fixed, I didnt know how old my brakes were so I asked them to check. They said I had a couple months left, so I procrastinated and brought it to a different shop a year later and they said I had a couple months left...Everything else was decent about them, price seemed high but I wasnt sure what it should have been. Just like any other car shop, do some research yourself and dont completely trust em.

These guys seem to be honest and are good at what they do. Customer service is very good also. Probably not the cheapest place to go, but far from the most expensive. They have very good coupon specials for oil change and tire rotation. My new car came with free oil changes for 2 years, but when the time runs out on that, Ill certainly go back to Midas if I still work in that part of town then.

I was planning on getting new tires and ended up with a flat one day so i tried this place as its next to my work. The flat couldnt be repaired so i decided to go ahead and get some new tires. Tony was very helpful, recommended some tires to me, explained some differences in a couple brands. All in all a good, painless experience getting set up with some new tires.

Good service but they over sell stuff your car might not need. I came in a while ago to have my winter tires mounted and have my cars oil changed. They came back saying not only my break pads and rotors had to be changed but also my battery. This is not how you develop trust on your first time customers. 600+ dollars on your first visit.

After a routine oil change, the workers at Midas forgot to tighten the oil plug all the way, resulting in us being stranded 30 miles away from our house. After having a tow truck fill us with oil, we took it back to midas and they acted as if it was no big deal-AVOID!

2009 Pontiac G3. Work that was completed in 1 day. Timing Belt Kit, front brakes and rotors, transmission flush, radiator flush, water pump, cabin filter, brake lights, and oil change. I will continue to bring our vehicles here, once again, they did a Great Job!

These folks did a muffler and tail pipe repair for my Infiniti at significantly lower cost and faster than what the dealer offered. Outstanding friendly service and great follow up. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for that type of service.
