Easily the most trustworthy Auto body shop in the Des Moines area, they give it to you straight and make the experience there very personal. Every customer is a valued customer and they treat you like it. I have a number of things done here, from body work (back when they did that), to getting a simple oil change done. Today I got my tires changed and he advised which would be the best cost effective tires to get, and advised me how they do a specific process with your rims to get rid of corrosion, and in the same process keeping your tires filled for longer periods of time, in which other auto places will not do. I couldnt be happier with how they did it, and will always return to this place because of how trustworthy it is. Pam, the office secretary, will warm your heart when you first walk in. She addresses any questions or concerns you have promptly and is very good with communication and update on your auto. Larry is an expert on all things auto, being able to advise anything from the littlest detail to the biggest issue. He is the guy you want to talk to for any advise on your auto. Telling you want you should do but is never pushy about it, always giving you options. A calm spoken and confident owner, doing the best he can for his customers, because thats who he genuinely cares about. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me, It has been very helpful and I will always be a return customer!!
