I go her because my company pays for my oil change. Service is always great! You pay more than other places, but you dont need an appointment. If youre like me, I like to take advantage of my day breaks that can develop on a whim. Not having to work with a schedule for something as basic as a oil change, is best for me. Im also the same way with getting hair cuts. I just like to walk in when it works and not feel the need to schedule my whole life. For work, yes I schedule my calendar, because they pay me. For leisure, its refreshing to go on a moments notice.

Super friendly staff. They were quick didnt try to pursue me into getting any additional services. Professional staff and the best part is you just drive in and they get started. They do a multi point inspector. Check your lights, turn signals, tire pressure, fluid levels And air filter. I had a bit of a wait because they were assisting someone else but once they got started it was complete within 30 minutes.

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Quick. Would recommend them. They are more expensive then most, but you know the price right from the beginning. They have different price options and do not try to pressure you to pick the higher priced one. It is by far the fastest oil change I have had, and I would happily pay the few extra dollars Valvoline costs to cut the time of the oil change in half.

They advertised 10-15 minute oil changes. It took over 30 minutes and cost me around $50.00. Longest I have had to wait and most expensive. After I drove home, I noticed they didnt put the cover back on underneath. I was lucky it didnt rip off and I had to crawl under there and screw it back on.

The guys were very helpful and efficient this afternoon. They showed me a few things that needed some replacement on my car but they also gave me a checklist of items to keep in mind for future service. They all had great attitudes and energy. I was in and out within half an hour.

Terrible customer service at the vadnais heights location. Very rude. Overpriced. They pumped up my tire and broke the valve stem causing me to get a flat tire the next day, having to pay more money to get the tire fixed. I will never go back to valvoline.

This Valvoline is a wonderful shop. All of the employees are very sweet and kind. They are also very informative of whats going on with your vehicle, and they dont put any pressure on upsales. I would recommend this place. I am very satisfied

I am ashamed to say I have never stopped here before. They were nice and fast. They were not pushy like the other place with add-ons and upgrades. Colton was super nice and told me a lot about the company and their service.
