Its been a while since I have had a vehicle serviced here, and I will not go back. They crashed our Motor Home then tried to tell me I did it. Brought our motor home in here for service on the brakes as they were the only group in town that could do. Got a call the next day and they said the could find no noise or issue and that I should come pick up our rig. When I arrived to pick up the motor home I found that the rear was damaged and not just a small ding, but the whole bumper was smashed and the rear leveling system was twisted. When I talked to the Manager about it he said that it didnt happen here and it must have happened before I dropped it off. Also he went as far as to say that he personally spotted the vehicle while it was backed out of the garage and it never came close to the hill. So I looked around the corner out side and you could see where something had been backed into the hill. So I asked him about damage on the hill. He said it must have been from the people that mowed the lawn. So I Drove the motor next to the hill to take pictures. To my surprise you could see the impression matched the rear of our motor home (manager still denied that they did it at this time). So I call the Roger Police department and they came out. Amazingly enough as soon as the police showed up the manager came out and completely changed his story and claimed full responsibility for the damages. On top of that I still had to pay them for the labor and take the rig to another shop as they did not fix the problem. Frustrating!!!!! I will never recommend NTB to anyone they are not worth the hassle!

The guys are friendly and efficient. I came here based on earlier positive reviews for Rogers, MN. I was in a bind and got a flat and dropped off my 2010 Nissan overnight in middle of December 2013. They called me right away in the morning around 8am with pricing. I work until 5pm and told them I would stop by to pay and pick up. They called back at 10am to confirm that the car is ready with the new tire. Fast forward to yesterday 2/6/2014...I got a flat tire on the same new tire and called them in the morning to explain. He said it would be fine to stop by to check it out at no charge and did advise of possible $24.99 for flat repair. He checked out my information and before looking at the tire, he said that they will go ahead and repair it at no charge. That was awesome. There were 3 other customers before me and it took about 40 minutes but no big deal. They did find a metal staple which caused the flat. Great customer service and so far, very honest and I appreciate that they didnt make any unnecessary recommendations. If you need a new tire or a maybe an oil change, I would recommend this spot for sure.

I called about a set of tires on a Friday morning and was told that the tires had to ordered and they would check the availability and call me back. When they called back 2 hours later, they said the tires could be there Monday morning. I set up an appointment for Monday evening at 6 pm and when I arrived for my appointment, they didnt have the tires at the store. I was told the soonest they could have them would be 8 days later. The person behind the desk didnt seem to care about solving the problem. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. Dont waste your time with this location or company. They dont train their employees properly.

Just had my front brakes worked on. Consulted with Blake, Jeremiah, and Geoff. Very personable and friendly experience. Exactly the honesty and rapport you want from a car shop. They even fixed my grill for free, which was busted and uncompensated for by their competitor Tires Plus down the street. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend this place. ***The review written by google user KWS/TYR/FES vᗴηOᗰ -Agario is without a doubt connected to or solicited by Tires Plus, as it showed up a half hour after my truthfully aweful experience with them and subsequent great experience with NTB.

I came in for an oil change and an alignment check at 4pm and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour to hour. At 4:40 my car was still in the parking lot not even moved. They had a little rush from 4:00 to 4:40, but they need to focus on who has an appointment and not on walk-ins. I asked for my keys and left. Time management is key to keep customers. I wont be going back. From the other reviews, this isnt the first time and sure wont be the last time they have time management issues.

I went in with a Oil change coupon was told I needed a new oil plug for about $5 ended up to be $9, not the end of the world. Then they proceeded to do a free alignment check without my approval was told that "it was way out of wack" as a retired alignment specialist , I know that .04 is not way out of wack. Was also told I couldnt get a receipt then but they would have to email to me. The whole situation seemed unprofessional to me and I wont be rushing back. Thank Roger Blomster

Got my oil changed a few months back at NTB for the first and last time. My tires were bald as can be, air filter was filthy... They didnt make one comment about them. They could have sold me some tires no problem had they only tried. They didnt say a word to me other than "Your car is done." That was that. Changed my oil. I guess thats what I was there for, but never have I had someone be so short and quite honestly rude. Wont go there again.

Brought my car in for rear brakes...because they were noisy and when I had the front done (somewhere else) they said the rear were getting close. NTB techs pulled the tires and inspected the brakes and said they had over 50% life and didnt need any work. They also explained to me why brakes can make noise and still be in good shape. They could have easily taken my money and been done with it. Their integrity earned my future business.

Bought 4 new tires here in October, and was told by Robert O Leary that we could be reimbursed for a tire if we showed proof of issue. We specifically asked about this as we live 3 hours away, and upon calling the company back when it matters, they deny any possibility of this. This is why we were hesitant to buy tires from these people in the first place. All sales pitch, and no follow up. If you want actual service, look elsewhere.

Purchased tires here. When going over the sale info, the salesman says "We have lifetime balancing." I replied "Okay," thinking it was part of the package, then realized later they charged me $8 per tire. They also said they would do a free alignment check, then told me my F150 didnt fit on their alignment rack, which I find pretty hard to believe. Wont go back to any NTB.

Bait and Switch. Called for Michelin Primacy MXV4 and was told they had them in stock. Wanted to be sure, so I confirmed (no exaggeration, 3 times) because MXV4 looks a lot like MXM4. Made an appointment for that evening. Got there. No MXV4. "Oh... well... I can put the MXM4s on for you." Nope. Try honoring customers time and youll get sales AND good reviews.
