They were more than happy to change the oil in my 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero with the fluids and filter that I provided. They all went out of the way to make sure that everything was done properly, including calling down to corporate when there was a discrepancy in the system about the oil capacity of my car. Quality service is obviously important to these guys, they could have skipped that and sent me on my way, but they wanted to ensure that everything was done properly. They even cleaned my windscreen for me when they noticed it was dirty. A+ team, I highly recommend them for oil changes. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The good: Quick and friendly staff. The bad: They will try to sell you anything and rip you off. Went in once and Mike told me my battery was getting old. I said ok Ill change it next time. Went in next time to a different guy saying I probably need a new battery and he told me it was perfectly fine... I figured the machine must have been a mis-read. Went in just recently to Mike again and same thing "dude youre batterys looking a bit low, we can replace that for $120 today if youd like? Bullshit, my batterys fine. Dont go here, these guys put on a nice face, but if youre gullible youll get screwed.

Pretty good service at this oil change shop. Spent $100 last time (oil change, filter, windshield wipers) here & $60 this time (oil change + new filter). I dont mind the staff & the place seems tidy enough. Came by here after work to get ahead on the maintenance schedule as the car is a high-mileage vehicle at this point. Alway professional, fast, courteous service. We had Jessica as our technician this time and she was terrific. She worked efficiently and completed all that we needed in a very timely manner, was friendly and personable and did a great job with our oil change, wiper and air filter replacement. I will return to this Valvoline and would recommend it to others.

I dont know who this new crew is- i really liked Jessica and the previous staff the last few times. There is a very angry and aggressive man working there that gave terrible service (attitude.) Even his peers were uncomfortable with him. I loved this Valvoline but i will never return. His name is Kaleb. Ladies, go elsewhere.

Ill never bring my car here again. "Tony" recommended that I needed a new air filter, even though it was recently replaced and still looked almost new. Scamming the gullible? Sure looks that way to me.

The last time they changed our oil they crushed the filter at installation. So when I changed the oil myself this weekend we found this out (after driving 3000 miles of course).
