Had a lot of problems with my truck and took it to a few other places. At those places they overcharged me for extra work that was never discussed. Yet, somehow, they never fixed the problems I brought my truck in for. I then went to Tires Plus and the actual problems were fixed on time and with in budget. My truck has been running great ever since.

I dropped a car off at 11:30am during the day a simple tire patch. I was told that there were three cars in front of me so I should come back. It is now almost 4:30pm.. 5 hours later and they told me that they still have 1 car ahead of me. What have they been doing all day? Never giving them my business again.

Always friendly service. I needed a tire fixed during an ice storm, didnt figure anyone would be open or even helpful. They couldnt get me taken care of that day but they did set me up an appointment for the next day. Plus they always have fresh brewed coffee...

Got my regular tires put on (swapped out my snow tires) at another shop and two days later I had a flat. I took it to Tires Plus on a Sunday afternoon and they had it fixed in 45 minutes. Friendly staff. Very reasonable rates too.

Two Cars Repaired but not fixed... Brought them there because they were having issues, paid double the quoted price because extra part need replaced mid way thru, and then the problem was still there afterwards... not going back.

We went there to have our tire replaced. They even had a tire brought over from another location. They did for get to reset our computer in our car. So we had to go back and have them do that.

Have brought my car here several times for oil change an tires. Found out today that the oil pan plug is stripped ???? When did this happen since this is the last place that changed the oil??

These people are as crooked as it comes. Had horrible experience and the staff was no help whatsoever. I would stay far away from this shop unless you want more issues with your vehicle.

After replacing the car battery and receiving other parts/service here, the car broke down the next day... never going here again, and suggest you go somewhere else.
