They are literally amazing. A few months ago, my tire sensor went off and it turned out I had a Allen wrench stuck inside the tire. They repaired it for free. Yesterday, I drove in from Dallas for work and got off the 3132 and instantly heard a loud metal scraping sound like metal dragging onto the ground. It was almost 6 pm and everything was closing, I pulled right into Gateway and they told me my brakes were literally about to go out on my Dodge Challenger because of a missing part. They not only stored it for me overnight, they went to several places, four to be exact, to find the part and fixed it quick as can be the following day. Best part they didnt even charge me for the part or the work. 5 starts isnt even enough. They have saved my life and my sanity several times and are friendly as can be.

Great place! My husband, kids and I vacationed in Shreveport this summer and while we were there, our rental car picked up a couple of big nails in the tire. We were able to make it to Gateway Tire. Luckily we were staying only 2 blocks away. They told my husband it would be 10 dollars per patch and 30 minutes. When my husband returned to pick up the car he found out there were 2 big nails in the tire, so we were looking at 20 bucks to fix it. They refused to take a payment from us and did a great job! I drove at least another 800 miles on it before returning it to the car rental place. Definite SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!

Service guy gets pissed off for me pulling in the parking lot, blows horn repeatedly then acts like an ass, then has the nerve to come over to the truck and explain with an attitude why I should have moved out of his way faster...already a tight parking lot, Im in a pickup truck and trailer, have a large tractor tire in need of repair, I calmly asked his name and told him to let his manager know why I was leaving and having someone else do my work....told me he didnt care...so thats the last time I spend a dime with that store....

I just needed a valve stem replaced I brought my tire in off the vehicle and I they got me in immediately. Replaced the valve stem in like 15 minutes. Not super fast but ok. The immediate service was great but when I got my tire back It was extremely noticeable that they did not know how to remove a tire off the rim and install it back on without scratching the hell out of the rim, somewhere in the process. I will not be back to visit them. If you like fast service these are the guys but not for tires.

Fast, friendly, and honest. I took my out of town RV in there expecting to replace all 6 tires, folks did a complete evaluation and determined they were fine for free. They could have easily sold me 6 new tires (that were not needed) but were honest and sent me on my way with a friendly explanation and coffee.

They tried to charge me 1,385 dollars to fix my Ac in my van so I took it to Kellogs Ac and they haf my Ac fixed in 15 min for 85 dollars !! Dont use gateway !!! There a rip off !! They charge you for parts you dont need and tried to replace everything and all I needed was a plug fixed

If you purchase your tires from another location dont take them to Gateway to get them balanced and mounted because as Im told it against company policy! Lets get real. What theyre saying is they dont want the business. I asked for the corporate number but got a local number instead.
