I WISH I HAD TWO MORE HANDS SO I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 4 THUMBS DOWN....I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ANY STARS IF I COULD BUT IT'S A MUST TO GIVE ATLEAST ONE.... I heard a review say something about Firestone having great prices...I went in to see how much it would be to change out my calipers brakes and have my rotors turned and the guy called me to tell me that it would be 2400.00 dollars because they would have to fix my ABS module and traction light before they could do it, because he couldn't guarantee that the minor vibration would go away without doing all that...I then told him I would come back the next week and do it because I wasn't prepared to spend that amount of money initially, he said, "ok buddy well be waiting". After thinking it over I went to the chevy dealership to get this done and they gave me an estimate of 1350.00 to do the same job firestone was going to charge me almost double for....I the. Told the sales associate about what the guy at firestone told me about having to change out my ABS module and he said that was a "crock of bull" because since I didn't have it plugged in that it wouldn't work at all and the. I left my truck and they looked at it and come to find out that I had a control arm that was bad that would also need to be changed out and they would then have to do an alignment because of the control arm issue a d the rotors where to warped to be shaven down so they would have to change those as well....In the end I ended up spending 1960.00 for much more then I would have ever received at firestone...they never even looked at my control arm and told me that the rotors where fine, and I never even had to change out my ABS module....Long story short, I will never be doing business with firestone and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either...WARNING.....STAY AWAY.....FAR AWAY....

Thank you very much RGPA409 I found your review very honest and upfront, so instead of taking my 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe to Fire Stone, like i had done before, i went ahead and took it to the dealer. When i took it in i went to have an alignment and a change of pads and calipers done on it, the guy "Q" told me that he would take care of me and have in running like new in no time....Well, needless to say i wasnt satisfied with the end result. I proceeded to take the truck in to JK and i got my front end done and rotors relaced also (because of your review i went head and asked for an estimate about the replacement of rotors). So yes indeed i am very satisfied with the price, customer service, and work performed, my truck is riding just as good as the day i purchased it. So yes, if your in this surrounding area (Golden Triangle) and you have a Chevy or GM vehicle you should really look into taking your vehicle into the dealer. You will not be disappointed.

Went In to purchase a battery for my tractor. Brought old battery to match up. Lady stated they did not sell tractor batteries. It is the same 12 volt battery as a car. She finally came out to garage to look at battery. Did not have any on showroom so she went to back and brought out a battery and stated she want not setting on concrete floor. So I went and got my battery and brought to match up on counter. This was not good customer service. So put battery side by side and it was a perfect match. Then she stated the battery would not have a warranty because it was not being used for its intended purpose. I told her this was a waste of time and she told me I was being rude. Bottom line is that because I wanted a battery for a tractor and not a car she had the mindset it was not going to work. It is a 12 volt system just like a car. This was just a big waste of time and piss pour customer service. Will not go back.

Talk about not knowing your job, called to set up for a simple swap of rims. I was clear and up front about what I wanted to happen. Swap tires and tire pressure monitoring sensors to new rims. Left work and brought to them. Talked with service rep. I got charged like it was understood what I wanted to happen. 3 hours later, a call saying I need a certain kit for pressure sensors to swap and lug nuts are to short. WTF have yall ever done this kind of work before??? So now I have to make arrangements to bring it to another shop,
