Went in for a sputtering problem, got it fixed so I thought. They said they did a diagnostic scan on my vehicle and the only thing they found was a bad spark plug. Fine. So the put in a new one and charged me $206.64. I got in my vehicle and started it up and the same happened. The engine light came on and the check charging power system light. Drove around and sure enough my vehicle died on me. Took it back to Precision and the tech. said that it was a wire that had gotten exposed so he put some electrical tape on it and told me it was fixed again. Drove my vehicle for a while and then all the power went out and my vehicle died again. I had a mechanic from another garage look at it and they told me that it was my alternator. All that time and money wasted.

Wrost Service I ever experienced . They over charged me for a service and broke a part on my vehicle in the process. I went to the shop to resolve the issue and they wont address my concerns.Never bring your car to this shop they will rip you off.Eric is the manager he has the worst customer service ever.Eric said he didnt care if I brought my car back and didnt care if I reported this business for poor service.I will not send anyone to this shop and will report business as the worst I cant for people to be ripped off unacceptable

The worst mechanic shop ever, never recommended! Its manager Glen is the most caddish person ever, He doesnt even know what customer service means, he never listen to you and eventually come up with the idea that there was a misunderstanding between him and you! and never take the responsibility of his fault! Additionally, he insulted me right in front of the other customers by telling me "get F@*ck off my store". keep in mind this is how you are going to get treated !

its ridiculous they tried charging me for a synthetic oil when i called my dealer and they clearly stated my vehicle does not need synthetic oil unless its 75,000 miles my car has not even hit 50,000 miles they only wanted to charge me more because my rewards card is one oil change away from my free oil change ridiculous way of trying to upcharge you just to get away with charging you the free oil change when ive always been there to get a conventional oil change !!!

I was impressed by the speed of the service, the friendliness of the staff, and that additional problems with my car were pointed out and addressed. And the price was very comfortable for me. Ill definitely be going back. Thats another thing, its very close to my house and near restaurants. I walked and had lunch while my car was being fixed.

This place charged us over $500. To replace head gaskets that they told us were causing the oil leak. Our car, is leaking worse and they told US to wash the motor so THEY could find the leak!! I only rated a 1 because you cant comment if you put a "0"... Do not use this place. THEY are NOT mechanical incline about vehicles!

Would be a nice place to do business with if the completed the job you pay for. Didnt do the grease job I payed for and had to go back. When I got home I looked and found all grease certs were still full of dirt and never touched. Looks like I will be looking for a better service stop

This place is a rip off. Please do not get your car serviced there. They try to tell you all these things are wrong with your vehicle, but when you get 2nd and 3rd opinions its nothing of what they have said. It should be some kind of law against mechanics for this.

Synthetic oil change..58 dollars. Nothing special just plain oil change cost 58 dollars. Even dealer charges 39 dollars. It took more than 1 hours. They will charge you every single dollar on each work.
