I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated since I bought them there, so it was covered by the lifetime contract. They were able to get to my car right away which was great; most places close at 6 pm, and they stay open until 7. I took my daughters around the corner to Romeros for dinner while we were waiting on the car to get done. When they called to let me know it was done, I was informed that they found a nail in one of the tires, but since I used fix-a-flat to stop the leak, they had to replace the tire which had already been done. At this point I was a little irritated that they didnt call me to discuss this before obligating me to pay for a tire I didnt need, and I let them know this. The young lady I talked to, Stephanie B., said that I was right, and they should have called me first to discuss the problem. She took care of the issue, and I wasnt charged for the tire. I say all of this to give Stephanie B. the credit shes deserved. It takes maturity to admit that you made a mistake and even more to remedy the problem. I appreciated the ease at which this was resolved. Kudos to you Stephanie B.

I took my car to firestone in march! I told them I thought it maybe the catallitic converter.They dignosed my car and charged me $900 to fix all these things that were wrong with it. Then when I pay and pick up the car the guy tells me oh and by the way there is something wrong with your converter but we dont do that here youll have to take it to Mineke. I took the car to Mineke and the very nice gentleman (who didnt charge me to diagnose anything) checked my converters and said they where fine. He suggested I take my car to Jimmys Automotive.So I took my car there today and I feel confident just by talking to them that they will get it done right!!!( I will right a review either way when its fixed!) The very nice gentleman there also took me home since I dont know anyone here and I was gonna have to call a cab!

I recently needed replacment tires for my boat trailer and called and talked to Paul. He gave me the best price and ordered my tires with just my name and a promise to come by. When I arrived the staff was friendly and waiting on my arrival. The tires were ready the next day and I recieved a courtesy call to let me know. I told them my schedule would not allow me to pick the up until a later date and was told that was not a problem. I had not done business with Firestone Nederland before, but with service like I recived I will deffently be back and I recommend them with out hesitition. Top nocth all the way around, P. I cant believe anyone goes there as bad as service as they have. They told me to make an appointment to get tires put on truck and when I show up they say they dont have time. Everyone Ive talked to has told me a horror story. I will guess the collective level of education over there is abt tenth grade

Truck broke down on a Saturday, they were awesome and took care of us. Called a tow truck and then fixed the alternator in timely matter.
