Please note, I dont give one-star ratings out of principle, but that doesnt necessarily mean that I had more than sub-par experience. Brought vehicle in for alignment, was told that the rear struts needed to be replaced; however the alignment was done and I was told that I was "ready to have the struts replaced" and that with the alignment out of the way, I only needed to have the parts replaced. The alignment seemed rather loose after it was done, and the quality of the ride was poorer than before getting it serviced; however, I assumed that, as I was told by whom I assume is the manager, that it would be fine once the struts were replaced. Going by his assurance, I had the struts service by a Honda authorized repair shop, only to find the ride had worsened. I contacted the shop and shop with Tim who, after I explained my situation to in hopes of seeing if they would be willing to adjust the alignment for a fee or possibly free since Ive paid for the service previously, chose to be condescending and assure me that I was mistaken and that "no one would have told me that." Ill admit that my knowledge of automotive repair isnt the best, however, I make up in this by being attentive and taking notes when given a diagnosis of a car issue. I ignored the fact that the estimate given was well over the average cost and that the manager can be somewhat patronizing when "dumbing down" his explanation for whats wrong, but Im unable to ignore someone standing by the quality of their service. I dont think that it was the manager with whom I spoke with on my followup call, but I recognize Tim as being a representative of that location. In the future I will, at best, limit my service to oil changes and will discontinue recommending this location as a reliable all-in-one repair shop.

Fat little guy that runs the store is a crook. Brought them my old 05 gt for an exhaust job, they intentionally sold me two knock off flow masters labeled as the real deal. I brought it back and told them to take it off and return it to stock and refund my money, they cut the crappy exhaust job off and didnt return my money until the following day. They let me leave their shop with no exhaust on my car what so ever, cut them off just before the axle and didnt return my stock mufflers because they threw them out. Mind you, he told me AFTER he took his exhaust off that he couldnt refund me 300 dollars that day and i would have to return the next day. Needless to say, i go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid this place. Not worth the fuss, get your work done at duals.

Asked them to install a front end part on my truck that I purchased on my own and they refused to do it, bc it wasnt their part, and saying that if they were to do it, it would be close to $400 and that its an "all day job" so I was cool with it and left, until days later my dad goes in wanting a similar part put on his truck that he purchased on his own as well and they installed the part for him. I know him and the owner are good friends.. but i guess he didnt realize who i was.. guess u gotta be good friends to get good service. Btw i took it to Superlift and he put the part in for $89 and it took 2hrs

I was extrememly happy with the service i received. Mr Tim and Mr Jerry were the nicest and really assisted me with my car. I had to have it towed in there bc it was horrible, my catalytic converter was no good. they priced it for me and fixed it the same day! AND I DIDN"T HAVE TO MISS ANY WORK!! thanks guys yall are my lifesavers and ill pass the word that this is the place to go!!

Very Fast, Friendly, Great Service. I thought i had 2 different problems with my truck. They Checked it out and said its only 1 item. Ither is fine. So they had it Fixed in a few hours. Tim and All of them and Very Nice guys.

Jerry Albanese and Tim Powell are top-notch, quality people. Had a little problem last time I was there. Tim said "no problem, bub. Well work it out." Jerrys always nice and professional. They always do good work, too.

Got an oil change recently. These guys were quick and knowledgable. Would recommend. Only catch is that the competition offers a car wash with oil change for free unlike these guys who just do oil change.

After calling every local exhaust shop no body was more helpful over the phone or in the store as these guys! Welds look good and exhaust sounds above my expectations, I will be a repeat customer.
