Worst experience ever! All they needed to do was change my oil and install 2 new tires. Picked up my car and all of a sudden my engine blew, later found out that they installed the wrong oil filter. They said theyd take care of me and install a "brand new OEM engine", so later I asked to get a copy of the engine details to verify that it was indeed a new OEM engine and they said "Why do you feel entitled to a new OEM engine", ah because thats what you said you would do. Then they finished installing the used, unproven engine they got from a junk yard, I drove the car to WI for Christmas and all of a sudden the engine blows again. Finally I complained about loosing work and all the time im dealing with this issue and they wouldnt compensate me for all the missed work and expenses caused by their mistakes. I also talked to a couple rental car companies during this time and they said theyve had the same experiences, one said they brought in a brand new car that had a flat tire. They got a call a little later saying there car broke down, they later found out that they forgot to put in an oil filter after they removed the one that was on there even though all they were supposed to do was fix the tire. Tires plus has no place still being in business. Avoid at all costs. Never going there again!

I have come to this store a few times to get oil changes, first time they say I need all new brakes and rotors, I buy the parts and have a family member put them on, come to find out they were all good. Second time I went for oil change, I start my car right after i bring it home and a engine light is on, car will not start, I needed some engine plug. Third time was this week, I go in car is fine and now my tie end rod is bad they say, Now car shakes badly driving down the road!! My cousin is a manager at a tires plus, I only trust his shop!! Terrible

there is no negative rating unfortunately...i wish if i could do that..so beware if any body goes for flat tire repair..they gona let you wait for 3 hours and then somebody gona show up and say unfortunately we can,t repair your tire sir..the only way is the replacement.....even if you have new tire...its a totally rip off your time....and money...i refused to do that..and same tire was repaired by another shop..in 10 minutes..i have that proof.....they rip off innocent people...i was feeling so sad that where this world is going

I went in there to get an estimate for a break job and the service manager came back with a quote nearly double an estimate I had received at a different business. Needless to say I laughed all the way to the other shop where I got the work done very satisfactorily at half the price. I noticed that the Tires Plus closed in Northfield, MN and with that kind of nonsense going on I dont hold out much hope for some of their other shops.

Alex is great. I like the guys at this location. Generally I feel they are trust worthy. Ive spent over $1000 here in repairs/maintenance but never felt like I was being cheated, and was always given their opinion of what can wait and what should be changed/done sooner rather than later. My vehicle has been running great since. I will probably continue to get work done here in the future even though its somewhat out of my way.

Car was making a very annoying thumping noise for months. Brought it elsewhere and was quoted $1800 to replace rotors. Brought car here at 4PM for full oil change and diagnostic. Had my car back 100% repaired by 7PM same day and at barely a fraction of the cost plus the correct diagnosis (wheel bearing). Employees were very kind and thorough. I am so thankful for their speed, efficiency and service!!

Received the worst customer service at this location. I set an appointment for an oil change from their number that I got off their website, when I went into the shop they said I didnt have an appointment and would have to wait hours. If the number is wrong take it off google and stop wasting your customers time!

One of the mechanics stole my GPS plus they got me for a total of 1000.00. They said they declined to test drive because of the weather and that they may have damaged my bearings while removing the rotors. Not recommended.

The employees were awesome! They got my car in before my appointment and finished with it in less than hour. He even warranted my rear tires that were cupping. I am very grateful for how hard they worked on my car :)

We were visiting from Iowa and got a flat tire. They repaired the tire, put it back on our car and topped off our fluids for pretty cheap. They were really kind and helped us to enjoy the rest of our afternoon.

Went in for oil change. Advised it would be 30 mins Out in 20 minutes,and that included talking about what to watch for that might need service next time I come in. Very pleased with the customer service.
