Stay far away from this location, will mess up vehicle and hope you dont notice. Just took truck to have rims switched, a simple balance and bolt on....get truck home and front two directional wheels are on backwards, the arrows on the tires i guess were not enough indication and the fact thst the trea itself shows direction is mind blowing but wait im not done, how about our 2012 kia we took in for what i thought was an oil change but wife tells me it was for air in the tires, just a simple check air pressure and car wont start after they pull it into the shop, never found out what the cause was, or the time I brought a brand new 22 inch rim in to have a tire put on it.....got it home to notice a gouge deep in the lip, this rim came from the box so they knew they did it but sent it home with me in hopes i wouldnt see it. I was nice enough to let them fix it and not have to buy a new rim and while not the greates job, it was a decent fix....my issue is that they sent me home knowing it was gouged, they are two blocks away so thats why i keep going back but this is the last straw, i was warned many times by neighbors to stay away.....so i will warn you also.

Had multiple issues with my truck and Alex at this tires plus location kept me informed of any and all delays and did everything he could to make sure I was happy!! Alex and Jim run a tight shop there and they will ensure that you do not leave disappointed! This is one of the very few shops that I have found that does not rip you off. They will tell you everything that is wrong and then they will help you prioritize those things based on the safety of you and your vehicle! Great shop, Great prices, FANTASTIC WORK!!!

Called around to about seven different places for a quote on four tires. Found the best deal here! Great price on exactly the tires I needed. Didnt try to push anything I didnt need. Along with tires I got an oil change on the vehicle that needed tires and another one. Both services went quick and smooth! Great customer and car service from start to finish. This is my second time here and will continue to come back. I highly recommend going here for any and all your car needs!

Very rude people no customer service at all. Went in today for an oil change, asked them if they have time for one today. The guy behind the counter said no we dont. This is the second time this week I have been there and both of them are extremely rude. Not once did they ask if I would like to set up an appointment. There was one car in there shop, dont make sense to me. If you want to get treated like dirt go ahead and go there I would take business were its appreciated

I regularly come here to get my oil change done. Dennis is the one usually working there when I am there and he is always very friendly and letting me know what is due to repair on my car well ahead of time and always tries to get the best deal for the customer. I have also gotten new tires and my brakes done here and I have never had a problem with feeling like they havent done the best job. Moving away soon and the only thing Im sad about leaving is this place!

Did a good job when needing an oil change. Except when asked to rotate tires and find out why we had a shimmy in my steering wheel they said they needed to balance. Declined since I knew it was a a funny wearing tire which they moved to the back now no shimmy Humm mm seems like crooks to me will not be back

Brought my own (used) tires, they mounted and balanced for a resonable price and even repaired one of the tires for free. Only "complaint" isnt really valid, but my old tire place (I moved) would hold my summer/snow tires for me for free in the off season... making it very convenient.

Weve gone to this location 2 times for various reasons - switch tires, purchase new tires, and replace a fan. This last visit, it felt like we were being taken advantage of. Didnt really get good vibes and pushed into services that didnt make us feel comfortable.

I had something in my tire on my way back from mille lacs. Called these guys 30 minutes before closing and they told me to bring it in asap. Upon arrival they pulled it in and had the tire patched in 15 minutes. Excellent service guys! Thanks for the help.

Brought in my car for an oil change with a coupon I got in the mail, without an appointment and they got me in and out pretty fast. They did quote me prices to fix a few issues on my car but we friendly and respectful when I passed. Will definitely be back!
