Called in for alignment and got John on the phone. Now, I dont know if he had a bad day or thats the way he is with all customers, he was beyond rude, unprofessional and snotty with his answers. Most importantly, irrelevant, he asked me if the vehicle that we were looking to bring in for alignment has a "salvage title". It does not John....it does not. Clearly they dont want your business, or perhaps it was my accent. Do Not Go There.

Taken advantage of! My in laws were on vacation and left the car at our place. The battery died and we brought it in. They said we needed a new battery AND the alternator was overcharging which costs $520. Then the inlaws took it to farm & fleet and they said the battery was dead but the alternator was fine. We will not go back!

Very accommodating to fit me in this and make the necessary repairs. On previous visit I was quoted a price over the phone based on the wrong information, the shop honored that price, without argument, and didnt even cover the cost of the parts. That kind of integrity deserves my business.

We have a variety of high milage cars and I always use this shop to address issues that arise with the cars. These mechanics are knowledgable, fair, and complete the work quickly. There are always coupons available (on grocery reciepts, mailings) for any general work.
