I had the worst experience here! I brought my car in for a brake job. The owner, Troy, was short staffed so he decided to try to change my brakes himself and ended up damaging my car, he didnt complete the job and still had my car disassembled when I arrived to pick it up. I then asked him why he didnt call me because now I was stuck there with no ride. He threw a tantrum and said "Im the $&@!?ing owner, not a technician and I dont do this kind of work." When I told him how unprofessional I thought he was acting, he kicked me out and told me I could wait outside for my car. I shook my head in disbelief and walked out. A few minutes later, a police man arrived and went inside, he then approached me while I was sitting on the curb and began to ask me questions. I explained to him what happened and he told me that he couldnt believe Troy had called the cops when I was clearly sitting on the curb waiting for my car not causing any trouble. The officer scolded Troy for calling and left. A few minutes later Troy drove my car around and I could hear a clear grinding. He caused over $1000.00 in damage to have the breaks and rooters replaced. This guy should not be a business owner.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever had. I started by bringing my car here just for normal maintenance, oil change brakes, etc. and I was very happy with their service. I was very pleased that they had a complimentary car because I wasnt able to stay while my car was worked on. They are very honest, personable, and they truly do have their customers satisfaction in mind. I brought my 96 Chevy truck here after my great first experience to have a diagnoses done to find out why it died on me. The owner was up front and honest with me, he called me after he started digging into the problem to get a feel for how much time and money this truck was worth to me. To me this is huge because most shops would just stack the bill up until they fix it and no one likes a high bill surprise. These guys are straight shooters and they are willing to work with you. I have referred multiple people because of my great experiences and they too are pleased. I know this is a long review but I feel the need to show this shop how happy I am. Thank you!

With any car care service TRUST is what brings people back. My family has the ultimate trust in the Maple Grove Precision Tune team. Troy, Steve and gang have proven that time and time again. For example, when my daughter was returning from a college class she heard this awful grinding noise when she steered. Typically she would call me for help. Not anymore! She instead took the car directly to PT in Maple Grove and Steve handled everything. He let her use a rental car and when she returned from her internship job they had taken care of what turned out to be a minor problem. No charge! My daughter did eventually call me and let me know that everything was taken of and to have no worries because the PT team took charge of the situation. They have now earned her trust as well.

Great Service!!!!! I have been taking my car to the Precision Tune in Maple Grove about 16 years! I have always had tremendous service from them. The few times I have been unsatisfied with something they have ALWAYS taken the necessary steps to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. I moved to the eastern suburbs about 5 years ago and still take my car there because it is the only place I trust. Adam is always helpful and honest. He tells me what they recommend be done and then tells me what absolutely needs to be done so that I can make the best desicions for myself and my finances. If you check around I think alot of places charge similiar labor, but I dont have the trust factor like I do here.

Do not think twice about bringing your automobile/baby here! Great customer service, clean enviornment, very timely, and Troy is without a doubt your go to guy for any, problems, concerns, questions, or if you just want to learn a little more about what youre driving. Have always gone to the dealership for oil/filters/tune-up, and never again will I go back. Along with the coupons that are posted directly on Precisions website, I even saved a little chunk of change for doing absolutely nothing, other than taking a chance and putting my trust into Precision, best decision Ive made in a while and I, without a doubt, will be back for years to come. Big thanks to Troy and his team! Keep doing your thing!!

Old school hussling is exactly what this place is about. I have been getting my oil changed here for about two years and have always had great service and competitive pricing. Today was the first time Ive had to bring my car to them for an engine problem. After charging $106 to look at it they found out it was a cracked spark plug. Rather then offering to replace the bad spark plug Adam told me this issue(one bad spark plug) means I should have all my plugs and plug wires replaced for $650, instead just getting a new $5 spark plug to replace the faulty one. I will never be coming to this shop again and strongly advise against anyone coming here especially for anything other then an oil change.

Wow. Always impressed at how helpful these guys are. Weve had our CR-V and Altima in a couple times and they have always gotten things done right for a competitive price. You can ask them anything and they will even take you into the garage and show you what is wrong so that you can feel more comfortable. I even spent a good 20 minutes talking about cars to avoid (as we were car shopping at the time). They are very honest and do not print out "things you should do" costing another $1k. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They are nice, they follow up after maintenance, and they even send personalized thank you cards. Cant beat that in the cities.

Brought my car to them to have a CV axle replaced. They ordered the wrong one and then had to keep my car overnight. Once they had the correct one, I found out they charged me $180.00 for the part (later got the same one from NAPA for $70). Then the total bill came to around $700. After driving away, I could still hear the grinding and brought it back to them. They said it was the other side. I bought all the tools I needed to replace the same one myself. Tools and parts came to around $200 and about 2 hours to fix. After replacing the same one that they did, it worked fine. It was NOT the other side CV axle. They just dont know what they are doing.

I recently had major brake issues with my mini van. I was offered a loaner car so that I would not miss any time at work because of car problems. What a beautiful thing... The mechanics at Precision Tune found the poor workmanship done at another facility months before. What a relief to know I no longer would be unsafe driving my kids and their friends around town. Steve, Troy and their mechanics were very kind and professional. The few extra dollars it may have cost to bring my car here is well worth it, considering I have piece of mind knowing the work was done properly. A great place to bring your vehicle, to be sure.
