My wifes Honda minivan had the oil changed here. The drain plug uses a consumable aluminum crush-washer that needs to be replaced every time. Jiffy lube didnt have this washer (or was aware) and the mechanic overtightened the drain plug to try to reseal with the old washer. The threads in the oil pan were stripped out. After bringing the leaking van back to J-L, the manager tried to convince me I had caused this failure and wouldnt help us out. We are picky with our vehicles and I ended up paying the Honda dealership $360 to replace the oil pan. I do not trust them after this incident and I believe they were dishonest when they should have owned up for their mistake.

The worst employee who works this place they dont know what they doing look like they are not well trained, the first time I went they put too much oil on chevy suburban and they sprayed oil all over top of the engine and they didnt clean and did not tell me about it, when I drove I saw a lot smoke coming the engine and I went right back and they told me sorry it was little accident, I call the headquarter to complain no answer and I send email no response except the owner sent me email for apology but I will never ever go back this place again and jiffy lube at all although I live close.

I went here for an oil change because it was the last place open. They charged me over 60.00 for the oil change, over double what some mechanics and dealerships charge who have professional mechanics working on cars. They then wrote the mileage down wrong at when I need the next oil change by 10,000 miles. I found out later they have a quota of $60-$70 for each customer and if they dont reach it they get written up. This guarantees It will never be cheap, Im never going to another Jiffy Lube again.

Im a recently divorced mother of 4. My ex has always taken care of my car, so I was a bit nervous to do it my self.... The staff at the Shakopee Jiffy Lube was great! Very respectful, and when I ran into an issue after my car was there, they took it back, fixed it, and even took me into the shop to show me what had happened! I will definitely be going back! Went in for an oil change. Was recommended a tire rotation. I agreed. When I went home I noticed that the tires did not get rotated. The rims were marked by the tire installation center and has not been rotated yet. Called the service manager and he swore he did it. I used to take both cars here but I will not anymore. I even called out the markings. I had to take this up with corporate.

Just got an oil change here, the location was a little tricky to find but the mechanics were courteous and very helpful. They gave me a range of options to choose from and didnt pressure me into buying any extras. Great value, and a job well done! Ill be returning here for sure!

No pricing listed I then proceeded to say I would take their cheapest oil change and when they brought me my keys and invoice it was $51.00 who charges that? I can get an oil change at the New Prague auto group for $35 Will never return.

Ive had many great experiences here, but have had some small leaks due to a leaky plug or residual oil that wasnt cleaned up. Always make sure you check before you leave, or shortly after you get home.

Says they take competitor coupons, but wouldnt honor the coupon I brought in from NTB across the street. Wanted to charge me double my coupon for an oil change. Will not be taking my business there.

I like coming here for the convenience as I dont need an appointment. Also theres a guy named Jeff that works here he is super nice and HOT, I always let him touch my dipstick.

Went there 3 days in a row, arrived at 6pm each time after work, was told they have two cars to give oil changes to, and that they wouldnt be done by 7.
