My Fiancee and I purchased a Nissan Quest from Salesman Rob Silano at Orr Kia Mitsubishi . We were there over 2 hrs given the run around as to whether or not they could even get us in another vehicle, when finally they said they could get us in to the Quest. We were not offered a test drive and after signing all the paperwork, when I got in the Quest, in the parking lot of Orr, and started it up, the service engine light and tire pressure light came on, as I noticed it and went to say something to Rob, he noticed it and said not to worry, when I came back the next day to bring additional paperwork needed, that he would have it looked at, he would also get the Quest detailed for us and he would top off the gas. When the paperwork was taken back it was storming so we asked that we bring the Quest back in 2 days and have everything done at once, which was agreed to. Upon return to Orr to have it serviced, detailed, and the gas topped off, after waiting over 2 hrs for the Quest, When my fiancee got it back the service lights were still on, it had only been vacuumed, not detailed at all, and there was no more gas in it than it originally had. When asked about it, Rob told my fiancee that the service engine light and tire pressure light was NOT on when he drove it over from the used lot on the day we purchased it, therefore Orr was not responsible to have it serviced. Rob did NOT drive the Quest over, the man he was training that day drove it over. When asked why it had not been detailed, Rob said what do you expect? what do you want? you are lucky to even be in that Quest. When asked about topping off the gas Rob did put $20 in gas in it and sent my fiancee on his way. Nothing else we were promised was ever delivered. During the following two weeks we spoke with Rob as well as two other people at Orr trying to get the Quest serviced as promised, we were told at one point that all their used vehicles go through their service department before they are put on the lot for sale so they did not believe the service lights were on when we purchased the vehicle. Needless to say, we were unsuccessful at getting Orr to keep their side of the verbal agreement Rob made with us, even though we also purchased an extended warranty. At the end of the second week we were told the finance company needed extra paperwork, we took Orr what we had and the following day were told that the finance company denied us, we were to return the Quest, and pick up our trade in vehicle. Also during those two weeks we had received a Thank you letter from the finance company as well as a payment book. So after Orr said we were not approved, we called the finance company and asked why we had received the letter and book if we were not approved and had to return the Quest. The finance company said they did not understand why Orr had told us that because we had an open active account with them on a Nissan Quest purchased at Orr Kia Mitsubishi. My fiancee and I decided it just wasnt worth the hassle of fighting with Orr any longer over the whole deal. I very happily returned the Quest, received my trade in back. The finance company has agreed to help us purchase another vehicle at another auto dealer, the two are working together to get us a vehicle. I will NEVER do business with Orr or Rob Silano again but I am keeping them in my prayers. God Bless!

I previously posted a review praising Orr Kia and Robby Silano that worked there and who I dealt with. Im now going to correct myself. I thought Robby was one of the greatest salesmen that I had ever met in my life but now the truth has come out. For starters, the day I got my car (2016 Kia Forte) he LIED to finance about my husbands employment gap to be able to get the car sold to us. The finance company found out and dropped us so he told me on Facebook messenger yesterday that he had another company finance me which was another LIE! Then today he tells me that they have gotten out the escape I traded in and put tags back on it to give back to me and take my car unless I could get a cosigner. He said I only need one for a year. Its not that simple! Naturally Im hysterical because I LOVE my car so I call my husband. We are unable to find a cosigner so now I have to give my car back and get back the POS I had. Its all because ROBBY SILANO LIED LIED LIED LIED LIED!!! Not to mention our interest rate was 18%. I could almost buy TWO of the cars I have for the price I would be paying for my car once it was paid for. A total of $34,700 just for a $19,000 car. I didnt even care about that. I loved having my brand new car and knowing that I had a safe and reliable vehicle for my 7 year old and 4 month old. But now, Im losing that safe and reliable vehicle all because Robby Silano lied from the very beginning. If he wouldnt have lied to the finance department about my husbands employment gap then I wouldnt be having to give my car back! I am so distraught, hysterical, upset over this. Hearing today that I have to give my car back has killed me inside. I have had multiple panic attacks because Im just so upset about this. Also, Robby Silano BLOCKED me on Facebook AFTER he told me that I had to have a cosigner for just a year or he would have to take my car. Why did he block me? I have no idea because there was NO bad words said between us. It was a nice conversation actually. I believe he did it so I couldnt show the messages he sent me yesterday LYING saying he had another company finance us. Little did he know that I still have them. I will be glad to show the owner the messages and let them know about his lies from the very beginning. He even altered proof of residency on my bank statement the day after I got the car. His lies have caused so much frustration, heartache, anxiety and grief in my life. All the other people at Orr Kia were sooo nice and wonderful. Im not saying not to go to Kia. But if you do, DO NOT deal with Robby Silano AT ALL! He will lie over and over again just to get a paycheck. He doesnt care who he hurts. And if you do have to deal with him, TRIPLE check EVERYTHING!!! I am so hurt knowing I have to take my car back. I have cried all day and now will cry myself to sleep.

As an employee with kia i was treated very poorly i think i was targeted because the owner liked me which made my job suck other than all the money i made lol but the owner i do want to say is like no other i love Josh he is very humble and GOD fearing i think he needs to learn his staff more they are definitely one way in front of him and behind his back another i was fired for no reason at all because sales person his name is wes he is a big Caucasian male if you do decide to go buy a car from kia stay away from him he is a LIAR he targeted me and lied on me until he got my job it did crush my feelings but i think it was for the better ally is a sales manager for some reason it seemed like he didnt like me from the beginning i have no idea why i made them money i did my job and for the most part unless someone came to me to talk i stayed to myself chris i put my trust in chris he hired me so i thought id do everything to make him proud which i sold cars made money but i guess that wasnt enough i think he is a manipulator at the end of the day he knew people had it out for me and yet and still maybe because im a black girl he sided with them my feelings were definitely hurt being i took my car in the shop while being employed there and because the actual thing that needed to be fixed was hard they decided to fix something that would be easy instead and charge me 500 dollars when they never actually fixed the problem but i did nothing becuase the owner he prayed for us before we went to work so he had a big impact on me i just wish he had a team more like him then it would be a perfect place to purchase a car if you do go ask for bob you still have to deal with those supposed to be managers but bob and larry are good people they will take care of you and be honest with you while doing so as for me im good im at another dealership where people do not hate on others instead everyone wants everyone to succeed because then the dealership succeeds and thats how all car dealerships should be so there u have it that was my experience with Orr kia GOD BLESS oh and to top it off the same day they fired me i sent about 15 people to buy a car from them do you think i got a thanks lol hell no but GOD sees everything not wishing bad on anyone but thier day will come maybe they will change the way they treat people then especially thier employees
