Not a QUICK oil and tire rotation anymore. In the past I have never had to wait very long. Now it seems to feel just like the Granger service that we used to use. Should have to drop your vehicle off to get an oil change? No you shouldnt. Waited for an 1 hour 40 minutes, they never even touched my vehicle. Had to leave for an appointment then came back then they said it would be 2-21/2 hour wait. Came back next morning and they are saying 1 1/2 - 2 hours. WTH? I bought my tires here so I have to get them rotated here. Thats why I have come here. Tommy the general manager might want to consider doing something about the slow service or they are going to loose more customers than just me.
