Went in years ago for pads and shoes. Was told I also needed rotors, calipers, and to resurface the drums. Ok fine I will do it if that is what it needed. When I got it the rear drums shook violently! I took it back. The teller lady told me that often times resurfacing drums doesnt work. THEY RECOMMENDED IT!!! Now I have to pay for new drums as well. Two days later the car brakes fine.... One year after that the right caliper starts leaking brake fluid... a year after that the brake shoes are toast. A year after that the front pads are worn out. Seriously 2 years on a complete brake overhaul!!! These people are crooks. I redid it all myself for 1/3 the cost and 60K miles later it is still going strong. Look online about all these chain type service centers. They have all been caught for fraud at one time or another. Dont bother as the only Plus in Tires Plus is what it will cost you in the long run.

Less than a year ago I moved to a remote location in the north woods and had some work done at a dealer in Minneapolis while I was in the cities on business, after getting the vehicle back home it had numerous issues and towing it back to Minneapolis was not an option. Everywhere I called in the area didnt want to or didnt know how to work on the vehicle in question. After talking to Dianne at tires plus, she didnt hesitate to take care of the issues for me and even agreed to have someone come pick up the vehicle over an 1.5 hours away down an extremely rough private dirt/gravel road with a 30º incline. I have to say they have provided exceptional service and support. Ive since brought several vehicles to them for general service. They have always been friendly and professional. Thank you, You and your team are great!

Took my car in for an alignment, rotation, and balance. They quoted me one price on the phone and then when I got there, their menu board was cheaper. When I asked they said that they had not updated the sign yet. When I picked up the car they had not tightened up three out of five lug bolts. They came off before I could get out of the parking lot. Barely made it back into the bay. They thankfully paid for the replacement parts and had it fixed the next afternoon, but had not mentioned the need to have the bolts re-torqued after 50-100 miles. Could have been a very painful experience.

I had my F150 in for routine maintenance and was surprised when staff came out to tell me there was a problem with the tires...they had found wires protruding from the rubber, and felt it was a dangerous situation to continue driving on them. The fleet management company rep was called, and agreed to replace all four tires. The new tires supplied by Tires Plus have worked out extremely well, and are still in service now two years later. I just had them rotated again, which helps prolong the life of the tires. Thanks for your consistently good service! Jim Marshall

I called made an appointment for a rotation, alignment, oil change and a tranny flush. Was willing to pay the quoted price about 400 . My appointment was at 2 I showed up at 115 dropped the truck off. Went back at 345 to see if it was done. They didnt even start it. The teller was really rude when I asked to reschedule. She said they had an opening at 1030 the next morning I said okay so be there at noon? And thats when I left her face was priceless. You get what you give. Never again will I go to any tires plus congrats to the owners.

We turned up late Saturday on a road trip with an older borrowed car that was failing to start. They took a look right away, identified the starter motor was the likely problem, founds and put a reserve on the one suitable replacement part in town, investigated, quoted the work, then got the part, installed it (on Saturday night), so it was ready to go 9AM Sunday. Final price was as quoted ($370 all up, including starter motor and 1 hour work). Id use them again.

My clutch went out in my car. The whole crew at tires plus became a family for me for the day I was there. Very generous to me and so nice for my girls! I had to stop them from buying gumballs for my girls! I started going to Tires Plus when I first started driving, the location was perfect and I was always in and out of there quickly. Years and several vehicles later I can say Ive been a customer for half my life. Im glad that I went to their website, they are offering a coupon for FREE pickup and delivery within 20 miles of Grand Rapids along with several other money saving coupons that I will definitely take advantage of!!

My car broke done on Memorial day and when I called about service I was told they were closed but after I described the problem, Diane said she was pretty sure she knew what the problem was and to have my car towed to the store. She stayed after hours and got me up and running. It saved me from a night in a hotel as I was headed for Minneapolis. Couldnt be more pleased.

I had my car towed here at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon with a frozen caliper. They called me at 6:10 to say my car was fixed and ready. Less than one and a half hour on a Friday evening for a very reasonable price and Diane was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be patronizing tires plus again.

Put 2 new tires on my car, had a problem with lug nuts not being tight, wasnt too happy about it, went in the next morning and they made it right. So over all happy with purchase and service. Thank you for correcting the problem and fixing it right away the next morning

The commission paid salesperson should learn about trying to keep customers instead of looking to make an extra buck will never recommend this shop or bring a vehicle back to it. I cant believe that I have to even give a star, it seem that Im not alone with that

Lets just say, dont breakdown on a Sunday in Grand Rapids MN and have to go to the Tires Plus store. I was charged $344.95 for an alternator that costs $199.99 and $80.00 an hour labor to put it in. The total damage from these frauds was $446.97!
