I called them for Radiator replacement after shopping at a couple of places. They gave a reasonable estimate and were ready to replace it next day.The location is not very far from my place. It took about 27 from my place taking the inter state 235.The reception area is neat and well kept. I also requested to look at the steering wheel jerk my van had for some time. They not only replaced the radiator and but also took care of the steering wheel jerk by rotating the tires which was never taken care by the shop I used to visit. And they kept the time promised. They also explained me the reason of the steering jerk and the tips for taking care of tires. Sometimes you find the good shops if just travel a few miles away.

Nice guys !! but they got my wifes vehicle in that was having problems shifting their diagnosis was a 200$ flush thru the tranny...The ac wasnt working so they put a new part on it that cost me 25 $ prior..same brand at there place 100$ then they didnt have enough dexron to finish the flush bit didnt tell me until I called them after five asking about it. They said they were sorry...I gave them my number and still they didnt call. I dropped the vehicle off before noon...the next day it was ready and the price was still the same for the inconvenience they put me through...God bless the real working man that helps folks out. Pass this place by!

THE worst customer service anywhere in the metro. Their prices are outrageous and when I decided against having such expensive work done I had rude comments made to me. Also had the security system activate causing the car to not start. When I tried to explain the procedure to bypass the problem the mechanic turned away from me in mid sentence and ignored my instructions. He then proceeded to tell me how to start MY OWN car. Will never go there again!!!

Granddaughter had a radiator go bad while at Iowa State Fair. On the advice of a gate guard we took it here. Being 80 miles from home just figured would have to leave it but within 20 min. had it in and problem found. New radiator installed within 2 hrs. and the price was fair. Owner was very polite and understanding.
