I had made an appointment with Ana for a tour of the facility and programs and pricing information. The appointment was set for today June 16th at 5:00pm, I got to the YMCA at 4:58pm, I was told that Ana was out of the building but to take a seat and shed be with me soon. 5:18pm, still no Ana so I decided to go up to the front desk where I was told that Ana had left for the day, needless to say I will not be joining this gym, on my way right now to Lifetime Fitness...

Very disappointed in this facility. I spent ten minutes driving around the parking lot this morning, and there wasnt a single available parking space. And when I have been able to find parking, Ive been disappointed in their equipment. The facility is severely outdated. For how much members pay youd think they would be up to date, but that is not the case. At this point, my family is strongly considering canceling their membership. Its just not worth the hastle.

Not the best YMCA I have ever been to. Staff is friendly but amenities are lacking. Youth sports program is not my favorite, they would do well to invest in some better training for their paid coaches, or switch over to 100% parent volunteered coaching. Would love to see some expansion and upgrading to the facility. Multiple Racquetball courts would be a HUGE add as well as more studio space.

In major need of a remodel. Locker rooms, pool and hot tub need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The hot tub has dirt lines and when the jets are going, you can see the brown foam dirt. Mold/ mildew on tiles in locker rooms/bathrooms. I live in Eagan however I go out my way to go to a different location. I hope this location can get remodeled.

Ample facilities. But towel service is extra and at that price Id just go to lifetime fitness. I prefer the community focused mission of the YMCA. This location lacks enough step Mills, lacks an incline bench press, and maintains an unreliable schedule for aquatic amenities. Lifetime is nicer but I prefer the YMCA.

Friendly staff. Gym equipment poorly organized...the rowing machines stick out right where kids and older people are walking by making it really easy to accidentally bump into someone. They have the fake news political channels on the TV front and center which is distracting.

The yoga flow class is fantastic. Doesnt have quite the same youthful vibe that West St Paul has, but this one is closer to our house. Only been members for about a month and so far we are really enjoying the fitness classes.

Worst place to work. Managers harass the staff and the place is run on favoritism. Do not support an organization that screws people over. Core values are a bunch of bull to them.

The equipment seems new. Stairmasters are here as well as all the other normal equipment. Here at 3pm on a Wednesday, not too crowded. The workout area is well laid out.

Very good fitness facility and friendly staff. The pool is setup well for kids (toys, warm water, showers, etc.) and it has a water slide.

Great facilities, awesome places for families. Will get a bit crowded around 5pm on a weekday, but you can still find a machine.
