Im so angry !! I went many times to try to talk to the manager and cancel my membership and he is never there. I finally talked to him about a month ago and was supposed to be canceled. Today I check my bank account and they took my money.

Horrible gym!! Extremely out dated equipment. Dirty facility and everything looks old and second hand. Worker barely spoke/understood english and was rude. This is probably the worst facility of all the Snap Fitness gyms Ive been to.

Dont count on anyone contacting you back. Tried requesting a call back over the span of a month with 7 different attempts. Not once contacted back. - just poor customer service.
