Staff is great. The things that make me not want to go is the over crowdedness. I can never get a free lane in the pool cause the kids are playing in the deep end (even with the sign up). When I go in the walking area in the pool, kids are doing gymnastics. Being pregnant water therapy is the main thing that helps. Plus feeling exposed in the pool area sucks, the whole front desk and people walking into the gym can see into the pool area. When I grab my towel to dry off theres people sitting at the tables on the otherside of the window.

As a stay at home mom of three I love the idea of being able to work out and at the same time providing my kids time to interact with other kids in the daycare. But after a few months I have realized that the daycare is not good! It is way to overcrowd my 12 1/2 month old is stuck in the small cramped infant area with no toys. I keep telling them that he can walk and talk and handle his own but they say the toddler area is to busy. So he just cries in the infant area until they page me. THEY NEED TO EXPAND THE DAYCARE AREA

4 star facility: Nice facility with good selection of cardio equipment, full size basketball gym, and pool. There is limited room for free weights, but the basic requirements are met. 1 Star Business: For-Profit business practices when it comes to fees and facility use, Not-for Profit philosophy when it comes to requests for volunteering, corporate governance, public financing and taxes. Either practice is fine, the combination is a little disingenuous.

I will never rejoin YMCA I cancelled my membership back 3 months ago and there still taking money. I called last mouth they said there take care of it and mail me out a check instead they take more money.Grrrrrrrrrrr This here is why I hate automatic payment. This why the want it so they screw you over a couple of months and make interest on you. You think when they finely figure how to do there job they will pay me back with interest I THINK NOT.

Cost is more than a gym membership at a local competitor, The Ymca can get very busy and feel a little crowded, the gym area can feel short staffed at times. However, people come in with smiles and they leave with smiles. Watching kids, including my own, run up to the front doors with ear to ear grins, being able to socialize with others in our community as we better ourselves through physical activity is irreplaceble.

Automated system is a HUGE hassle. I tried calling and was never directed to a real person. I kept getting answering machines. very stressful when trying to find out things about the YMCA. over all it is a nice place. very clean and staff is friendly. I just wish that the phone answering could be figured out and I would not have to keep calling in hopes to talking to someone.

Great brand new facility, staff is courteous and friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path. The swimming lessons/instructors are wonderful! Gave it 4 instead of 5 because at times the family locker rooms and womens locker rooms could be a little cleaner and some of the exercise units in the fitness center have glitches that havent seemed to be fixed yet.

There are a lot of problems that needs to be fixed. First the gym is way too small. Second, there is not enough equipment. Third the TV’s can be really confusing. I asked the staff to put up a sign to show which channels are connected to which stations, instead they put up a sign on the track. Save your money and go to Life Time Fitness.

I had so much fun with my family, its the best YMCA Ive been to yet!! Nice kids area, very relaxing hot tub, but the jets can be stronger. However, think the whole experience made up for the low powered jets. Oh, and did I mention the great service! We WILL be coming back again :)

So they make you sign in as usual then a lady said she couldnt read my hand writing & I asked her why cant you read cursive handwriting? Her response was "your handwriting is too sloppy" "um" excuse me youre the one who told us to sign in & the lady @ the desk was very rude

Really irritating driving all the way here to find out the kids area is closed not only is it a waste of time but also upsetting for my kids thanks. More could be done to let people know when the schedule is changing.

This YMCA is wonderful! Great aquatics area with waterslide, hottub and sauna plus outdoor splash pad in the summer. Exercise machines are the same as WBL facility. I havent done any of the classes.
