Fantastic instruction and top notch teachers allow you to feel welcome from day one. If youre a beginner or have experince, you can jump into structered classes. Best off, they do not require longterm commitments and are competitively priced, so if you come once while passing through, or keep coming back they welcome you each time.

Im very pleased with this gym. They have a nice and open location with padded floors. It is clean and organized. Instructors provide a very nice technical training along with very intense physical exercise. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Awesome place! Great instructors that are always willing to chat and lend pointers/help a beginner out. I went to learn how to fight and get a good workout, ended up staying for the people and the atmosphere.

I originally went for self defense and stayed for the people, workout, and technical skill. I really enjoy the people---there arent any meat heads. Its a great group.

great gym, I trained there briefly and I won my last fight on 5/15/10 in 29 seconds via KO...looking foward to going back there
