On Saturday July 30th 2016 I experienced what many boaters in Minnesota dread, the tire blow out for your boat trailer, AS YOU ARE TRANSPORTING THE BOAT TO NEW LOCATION!!.....It was a Saturday afternoon, around 5:00PM, while traveling down 169N in Elk River Minnesota......Not the ideal time of day, nor week for this type of mishap to occur.....OK, that is the "bad" part of the story.....The good part is COLLINS BROTHERS TOWING (Of Elk River & Zimmerman, MN).....Specifically, PHIL (the driver, service person, owner), HE WAS OUR KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR, OUR ANGEL FROM ABOVE!......I kid you not.....What could of been a major fiasco for us, Phil minimized to a minor pain in the neck......He was a GODSEND!.....I cannot say enough good things about Phil, and how he helped us out!!......THANK-YOU/THANK-YOU/THANK-YOU!.......If you ever are passing through Elk River & Zimmerman, MN and need a helping hand from a Full Service Towing Company, COLLINS BROTHERS TOWING (& Phil) are your people!!......

Collins brothers is an amazing company! That alone is enough said!! Me and my 2 little girls went to menards and when I pulled into my parking spot my truck decided not to go into park or any other gear except to stop on and get stuck in reverse which meant I was unable to take my foot off the brake or else I would roll backwards. On top of that my truck started to over heat so I had to turn it off. I called Collins and they sent a great guy out ASAP since my girls were in the truck and it was very hot out. He got there in less than five minutes and on top of that HE FIXED MY TRUCK! He took the time to crawl underneath it and seen that the shift linkage came undone and he put it back together for me and made sure I could get the truck out of the parking lot fine without it happening again. I know that this isnt always the case that they can fix a vehicle on the spot but Im glad he took the time to try. I was very lucky. Thank you so much!!!

I had a flat tie on my way home from work. I got a hold of Collins Brothers Towing, and they were there on time, and got my spare put on. However, of course, my spare tire was flat. (So, Lesson learned, and I take it if your reading this review, it might be too late to check). Anyway they man whom assisted me helped me out with that - and was just an excellent. Great guys. Today I got myself in a bit of trouble trying to move a 5000lb piece of equipment. I thought I could do it with skates and straps, and got into a bit of a dangerous situation. Called these guys with no forewarning and they sent out 2 trucks and got the equipment safely loaded on my trailer for a great rate. Friendly, professional, got the job done. Thank you.

This company is outstanding. They operate with integrity and respect. I have utilized them more than I can recall and recommend them to everyone. Although I can fix my own flat tire, I just dont see the point when instead I can call Collins Brothers. They are affordable, friendly, and always available for roadside assistance.

Dave is a fake review . Thats is there neighbor . They like to get involved and things they shouldnt . My friend wife takes there kids and then they came and took the car too . Great job . Once again men have no rights . If you have been screw over by your wife dont call these people .
