Do not ever use this company. They quote you $54.00. Then come out and charge you totally insane price of $145.00. Just to let you in your car. The company had no customer service. Very rude and unprofessional when tring to find out why charged so much more. Not willing to work with you and hang on you. Then places you on hold never coming back. Then will threaten to sue you as a customer for calling many times for answers. I was fully quoted $54.00. The show to my minor child and order him to pay $145.00. This company needs to be shut down for fraud.

Really wish I would have read the review first. DO NOT CALL these people! Quoted $15 service call plus $39 per something, so about $54.00 as a starting price. But when the guy gets there he tells me its going to be $250. When I tell him I wont pay $250 he starts haggling with me asking if I would pay $100 cash and continues haggling till finally we agree on something. Then he takes out a crowbar (not some fancy locksmith tool) and literally opens the door in 30 seconds. He was pretty smug the whole time.

Horrible experience. I was quoted a price on the phone of $15 service and to unlock my sons car was starting at $39 for the unlocking. It is a company that subs out locksmiths and charges insane prices. It took them less than a minute to unlock the door and charged me $136.00, because of all of their fees. Completely misrepresented and very disappointed. I thought I was giving business to a local company not a subcontractor and it was never stated that they are only a dispatcher.

I was quoted $54 when the tech arrived it jumped to $144. When I said I couldnt afford that they began to barter with me. Ultimately dropping the price to $60. When I still refused and cancelleddue to the hassle they told me Id have to pay $15.... No one ever touched my car. Outrageous.
