Took my truck in 2+ years ago for work on tailgate and sidewall. Replaced the side wall after months of waiting. Straightened tailgate. Now it is bubbling. First manager said they would fix, "give them a couple days to pull paper work." 2 weeks later I called, lost paper again. New manager says the truck is old and that is why rusting. I point out that the only spot on entire truck that shows rust is where they worked. Then he claims the seal in the back of tailgate is broken....right where they worked straightening the tailgate. Tried to contact head office, they say they cant find my paperwork either. So bad body work and poor filing habits. Your insurance company recommends them because they are cheap, not because they are good or stand behind their work.

To Mike Schroer and Brian Van Dyke, I have been a customer of Abra Auto Body & Glass Forest Lake from last 10 years and every time I have gotten excellent and friendly service. Even the last time I went to Abra on March 24, 2013 for some problems with my car, which was fixed by Abra Auto Body Forest Lake over a year and half ago. I got an exceptional customer service and very professional tips from Brian about the air pressure in my car tires. Both Mike and Brian spent their time answering my all questions in a professional and respectable manner about the car problem. I appreciate all their help and time they spent.
