Superior Service Center is exactly that type of service you get. For those of you who want to deal with bad or basic customer service, high prices, and basic mechanics then by all means go to cookie cutter auto service centers like tires plus. (By the way if it has "tires" in the name then dont take your car there unless to get tires. That is even questionable!!). But if you are looking for reliable, certified, friendly and honest car repair shop with over all service and standards that is WITHOUT REPROACH, I recommend Superior Service. We decided to bring our 97 Camry to Superior recently because another auto shop could not figure out what was wrong with our car. This was after charging us over $1000 for parts and labor that was useless. Superior took the extra time and step to find out what was wrong with our car. They even got the part supplier of the defective part that was put in by the other place (TP) to reimburse us for the rental car we needed to rent. The other place (TP) all they said and I quote: “Well we didn’t charge you for the diagnostic so get another diagnostic from someplace else. And if they figure it out please let us know so we can use this info for future car repairs” – -epic fail and laughable Remember the times when Service gave you a feeling of warmth, trust, and sense of importance to us the customer. Superior gave that to us. They dont have that you need us more than we need you mentality. We cant say enough about them. I will bring all my auto repairs and maintenance to them because all others are basic with rip off mentality.

I should start by saying that I love my car. I love my car more than a lot of other things in life and was borderline depressed when I was in an accident where I was hit on the drivers side. The front and rear doors, rear quarter, skirt, wheel, and tire were damaged. My car is an 09 Pontiac G8 GT, which is obviously not made any more and is difficult to find parts for. The people at Superior were able to find parts and took care of everything with insurance for me. There was one spot missed during painting that they took care of immediately for me. After driving the car for a couple days, I noticed the alignment of the steering wheel wasnt quite right. I brought the car back in and they were very eager to make it right at no cost. I didnt pay a ton of attention to the cost since this all went through insurance, so I dont know about their price compared to other shops. I can say, though, that I cant tell that my car was in an accident. The paint blending seems good. After the alignment they did, my car tracks straighter than it has in years (and Ive had it aligned at other shops in the 7 years Ive had the car). Overall I would recommend Superior. As with any work being done on your vehicle, just make sure you give the work a really good once-over. If you find something unexpected, I have no doubt the people at Superior will work with you to make it right.

We had to have a vehicle towed to Superior Service Center due to it not starting. They diagnosed it, called us with an estimate and repaired all in the same day. They actually billed what they quoted as well. The day we picked up the vehicle it didnt start again about 4 hours later. We had to have it towed (this time to our local mechanic). They found that the part that Superior had replaced just days before was defective and needed to be replaced again. Not necessarily Superiors fault, but when I called them they offered to pay for the repair and tow (part was under warranty). They contacted my local mechanic and payed the bill. The only reason I give them a 4 was their pricing is a bit high. My local mechanics bill for the same work was about 30% less, but I give them total credit for standing behind their work! Very honest and remember, you always get what you pay for. In this case, high quality service from a company who stands behind their work. Thank you Jason!

After my daughter was in a fender-bender, our insurance company gave us three body shops to choose from as being those that they had arrangements with to make things go smoothly. I looked at google reviews for all three and chose this shop based on those reviews. I was not disappointed at all. This business is professionally run and provided us with a really great experience. For one thing, they answer their phones quickly and POLITELY. There is a receptionist that really adds to the professional feeling when calling or going into the shop. We worked with Tony in the body shop and he did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress of our repairs. I dont want to need a body shop anytime in the future, but if I do I wont hesitate to go to Superior again. If I had to pay out of pocket for a repair I would probably prudently get estimates to compare to Superior, but unless there was a huge difference in cost I dont think Id go elsewhere.

The work they do is good. However, they certainly lack in clean up. I had the rear bumper and muffler system worked on. They had to take the liner out of the trunk, however they reinstalled it incorrectly and there was white dust all over the inside of the trunk. Part of the service is they clean the interior of your car. They vacuumed well, but thats where it ended. They wiped down the interior with some kind of chemical that left a film all over the chrome, screens, polished plastics. Plus, they half-assed cleaning the dash. So, you can easily see where they wiped and didnt wipe. They mostly just pushed the dust into the speaker grills. I would have rather they didnt "clean" the interior. The interior looked better before they got their hands on it.

My grandmother started using this auto shop in 1986--now I use them too and couldnt be happier! 20+ years says a lot for a couple of fussy ladies like us. Superior is a family-owned shop, through and through. They explain everything in a practical manner--no spin, no nonsense--and are honest about the necessity and timeliness of repairs. Everything is done right the first time and often finished ahead of schedule. Sometimes they have to charge a little more than a big chain shop but its more than worth it for their attention to detail and quality of service. Where a chain shop is trying to create a sense of urgency in order to get your money, Superior is more interested in retaining you as a loyal and happy customer. I would recommend them to anyone, hands down.

I originally went here due to online reviews, but my experience was far from what anyone would expect. I had my complete rear brakes replaced there and they said they did a safety inspection on the car. I happened to be heading up north that weekend and after driving 500 or so miles I felt a vibration coming from one of my rear wheels. It turned out to be a sheared off lug nut as they hadnt tightened any of the bolts properly, as I could take three of them off with my fingers. They replaced the nut and apologized, but I was lucky the wheel didnt come off and kill us all, so an apology really didnt mean much. If they can miss something as critical as this, what other things are they missing that people just dont know about?
