Katie was extremely rude and would not give me an estimate.She continued to be rude every time i saw her. I only wanted an estimate because my attorney asked me get one. Abra would only pay for the insurance adjusters price and not the walk-in price. The quality of the work done was bad. It looked like they tried to glue my car back together. I did not do anything to deserve this much disrespect. I know Sentry dairyland was trying to cut back a few dollars on my service even though their client was completely at fault. This is my first and last time at this place. I wouldnt go there even if someone paid me.

Definitely worst experience so far. We visited the shop to replace windshield, and it turned out our wiper was not working anymore after they installed the new windshield. The service guy just let us leave with non-functional wipers and did not offer any solution. We called the store back and the only option they could offer was to drive our car back to the store on a rainy/snow day to check the issue! No mobile service provided, just asking customer to drive in a bad weather with non-working wipers. And also they can not resolve the issue as soon as possible, although its their fault.

Eh took my wifes car in for a insurance quote and the completely ignored the police report and insurance report. They seriously tried to get away with only fixing the bumper even though both headlights, the grill and lights, hood and various other things were damaged. They made no attempt to inspect the frame or even check under the hood. Honestly Im not sure how what was done doesnt constitute fraud.

I personally do not recommend this place for anyone! The GM (Mark) is definitely not the smartest guy to correct problems which were created at there facility. If you want your car fixed properly please ignore this place at all cost. Took these guys (18 Days) to fix a windshield and smear oil stains/dents/notch into my interior. A week after and the problems were not resolved. Will not return.

Warning ! They tried to bully and pressure a customer into repairing a car that would be totalled by the insurance company. Tried to get them to sign an authorization for repair before the adjuster even looked at the car! Very shady business practice. thats not what a reputable shop would ever do. it can leave u on the hook for the repair bill instead of the insurance company.

I would not recommend this location. A friend of mine had significant work done on her cars front end here. The work was not done well and some work, such as front end alignment was omitted. The car was taken elsewhere, where Abras work was corrected and things such as the alignment were done. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Just got our car back from ABRA. The customer service was phenomenal and they went above and beyond in fixing our car. We got it back and it was washed and waxed and the inside was vacuumed and clean! Totally unexpected. Very happy that my car once again looks good! Definitely recommend. Not sure why there are such bad reviews but I had an amazing experience.

I have been using abra since 2001. I recently tried this location. This partcular location charged 400% on labor. This was a total let down from a company I used to view as honest. Buyer beware. They had no problem overcharging me.

They told me 3 days they would have it done and its been 8 days now. Im pissed off , I couldve install my new dor my self within 5-6 hours of labor.
