I dropped off my vehicle in for a windshield replacement on this past Wednesday, 4 hours later received a text stating the work couldnt be done due to excess silicone. I asked for an explanation when I arrived, and we walked out to my vehicle I noticed the rear driver side window was left open while sitting in their lot. After speaking with the manager I was left with the impression they ran late on their 10:00am appointment and decided shortly after 2:00pm they didnt have time to do the work. Soured on Abras lack of service, I called Safelite. The next day was scheduled, the tech was on time, upbeat, and did the work within an hour and half no hassle, no excuses. Sometimes it takes a bad customer service experience to appreciate a how well others are doing their job. I wouldnt recommend Abra West Saint Paul.
