When I had my first fender-bender years ago I trusted a recommendation from my mechanic and brought my car to Wayne-Val Auto Body for some minor work to the front hood of my car. I had to drop my car off after-hours and then pick it up later the next day, also after-hours. Because of my schedule I remember paying my bill with a drop box and I dont recall ever meeting any of the shop staff at the time, not before nor after the repair. This was not a concern for me however as they were extremely efficient and cost-effective and despite not having extended hours they made every effort to accommodate my schedule so that I could get my car back as quickly as possible. More recently my parked vehicle was struck in a parking lot by accident, and Wayne-Val Auto Body was the first place that came to mind - I remembered their excellent quality of work, excellent pricing and willingness to accommodate schedules outside of their business hours. I also got to meet the owner Rick this time around, and while he seems to run the shop largely by himself he had no problem taking his time with me and humoring all of my questions. I no longer live in the Roseville/Little Canada area, so ultimately I did end up going with a shop closer to my home this time around. That being said, Wayne-Val still had the most competitive pricing out of all the estimates I got, and I will continue to give their recommendation to anyone in need of auto body work.

To anyone that ever needs auto body repairs to their vehicles, I EXTRA HIGHLY recommend contacting Wayne-Val Auto Body. Rick and the staff here are so pleasant to work with, always doing their best to shop around for the best deals to be sure to satisfy all their customers and indeed they do! The finished product is definitely the best in town. So, I suggest whoever you are currently using as a repair shop, try out WVAB and compare the results to your current shop and youll certainly see who comes out best!

Highly recommended. Other repair shops were quoting 2-3 times the cost to remove scratches on front fender. Quality of work was A++++ and done within the stated time. Dont let the look of the facility fool you....as youre paying for the fancy buildings and waiting rooms of the competion via their inflated prices. Its the quality of the workmanship within the building that youll have to live with after the repair....and not the fancy facilities. Keep up the good work!

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy body shop that cares about getting the work done in the most cost efficient way then look no further. Wayne-Val Auto Body is thoroughly professional and the customer service is excellent. Rick – owner of the business was kind enough to drive the car back to my location after the work was complete. The only note I have is that they do not take credit cards - only cash or check.

My car was rear-ended by an uninsured driver a few years ago, and my insurance company sent me to a chain repair place to get the estimate quote. Then I took my car to Wayne-Val instead, and they fixed it up beautifully for at least $200 less than the chain quoted, helping me recoup a bit of the deductible cost. That and the quality of the repair work definitely softened the blow and made the ordeal more pleasant.
