I want to write a good review for this place, but I just cant. Their staff is very professional and nice, but repair-wise, I had a really bad experience. I took my car in for an estimate, and brought it back a few weeks later when I could afford the (expensive) repair. I got a call that their estimate was wrong, and that they had missed the fact that I needed another part- which bumped my total up another $80. Ok, that stuff happens. No big deal. Just fix it and lets be done. I had called two weeks beforehand to schedule the service, and I was very clear our three phone calls that I needed to pick up the car right at 4:00 and be out of there. I was assured multiple times that it would be ready at 4:00. Fast forward to pick-up time. After 30 minutes in their waiting room while they were "vacuuming" the car, I said I really needed to go. 10 minutes later, someone strolled in with my keys, and I left. Later, I realized that the repair was not done at all, and they were buying time to try to finish it while I waited. Here is the thing: NOTHING WAS FIXED. I gave them pretty much all the money I had at that point, and I quickly realized all the issues were still there. (to be clear, my car issue was with the drivers door, locks, and window being stuck shut, so I was still trapped in my car and had to crawl in and out the passenger side. I could get in, but not out.) I called them, told them I was coming back, and they told me theyd fix it right away. Mind you, I had already PAID for the labor that they DIDNT DO. Interestingly, they thought they could just complete the repair while I waited, which raised the question as to why I was charged so much for labor when they clearly didnt do anything. Long story short, they got me a rental car and it took an extra FOUR more days for them to fix the issues I had already paid for, so in total they had my car for SIX DAYS before it was fixed. It was ridiculous. Points for them: They did pay for my rental car and they were very nice, acknowledged their mistake, and reassured me that theyd correct it. They did vacuum the car, which is a nice touch. I think the issue is not with the Latuff brothers/office staff, they are actually really nice. I think the issue is with their shoddy mechanics slacking on the job, and a lack of oversight.

Update: Thank you for responding to my review in a timely manner. I would greatly appreciate it if next time you guys couldve been a bit less rude and at least tried to explain the situation to us. Also, a bit less foul language would Benefit everyone and ease the situation a little bit. Thanks for insulting our footwear, but I was the only one wearing flip flops. We only get about 4 months of summer in Minnesota and I intend take advantage of every single minute of it. Original review: Me and my friend went here to pick up a crashed ford ranger for his dad. As soon as we pulled into the lot, we told them what we were there to do and they started saying derogatory stuff such as "good luck". Then an older man, who I am assuming was the owner of the place, came out acting like the boss and being very rude to us, even after the owner of the vehicle paid money for an estimate (last time I checked, they are supposed to be free) and the $50 a day they charged to keep the truck in their lot. He was swearing at us and saying stuff like "get this piece of crap out of my lot". He would not allow any of his employees help us in any way (they seemed like good guys who were willing to help). He commanded me to get into the truck and he and some other guys pushed it into the alley and walked away without saying another word, and leaving me and my friend to magically put it on the trailer (we had no straps, no winches, nothing). So we got the help of a dude driving a box truck and a tow truck driver to get the truck most of the way onto the trailer, and I had to walk to the local Uhaul to pick up a set of ratchet straps. We ended up pulling it onto the trailer using 6 ratchet straps. This place will never get any business from me or anyone that I know. I believe that my experience shows what this business is all about, and that is making all of the money they can and not giving a hoot about customer satisfaction.

Really impressed with the customer service and overall experience at Latuff Brothers. I was in the area getting estimates for some deep scratches on my bumper. Of all the places I stopped, Latuff Brothers took the most time, actually examined my car entirely, explained to me what needed to be fixed, and made me feel like a valued customer even before I decided to work with them. They called me a few times while working on my car to make sure I knew about additional damage they could fix if I wanted, and gave me an honest opinion on how it would affect my car. Happy to give a positive review for a company with great customer service and professional work because it makes all the difference.

We have brought our vehicles to Latuff Brothers several times, and referred friends and family with the same consistent result: excellent service and a spotless vehicle. Most recently, our vehicle was hit by another driver and sustained damage to the bumper, hood and quarter panel. The staff at Latuff not only repaired the vehicle to perfection in less time than originally promised, but they helped us coordinate a rental vehicle (covered by our auto insurance), worked with the adjuster from the insurance company and made the entire experience not only simple but enjoyable. I highly recommend Latuff Brothers, and look forward to working with them again.

I have used this facility twice which they have done a great job on. Most recently we had our 16 Altima repaired here, we were in the process of moving to Nebraska. A couple months later I noticed what looked like burnt clear coat. I brought this issue up to Latuff and Will I believe is one of the owners got back to me in a timely manner and after sending photos he was nice and set something up with a body shop by me and arranged to have the whole thing taken care of. I was most surprised how accommodating Will was being that Im now 6 hours away. Highly recommend this facility.

I recently had a fender bender. :-( Jamison from Latuff Brothers was there to coach me through the process. He recommended what to do at the accident scene. Latuff Brothers made sure I had a rental car the same day and picked up the tab. Latuff Brothers wanted to make sure my car was good as new so when a noise was heard with State Farm recommended used parts, they went to bat to get me new parts. I got my car back in great shape and the little paint chips I had previously were also gone. You wont find a better auto body shop than Latuff Brothers Auto Body!
