DO NOT GO! 3 separate visits to get my car fixed and I still dont believe they did the work well at all. Basically, I had to have a door replaced due to damage near the A pillar. The first time I went to pick up the vehicle the door was mounted about a 1/3 of an inch high. You could see it wasnt right from 20 feet away. On top of that, a trim piece was mounted so poorly you could see to the inside of the door. The third major issue was the paint had very visible bubbles in it (when I asked about the specifically I was told "probably just a piece of dust got under the paint" - ok, but why didnt you fix it....). The second visit the door was only about a quarter of an inch off and they couldnt figure out how to turn the airbag light off (according to the dealership, they hooked the electrical components in the door up incorrectly). The third visit I basically refused to go back unless someone from the insurance company was there too. The insurance person found out they didnt bother to replace the hinges that hold the door. So, they replaced the hinges and the door is fine-ish now. At least it looks right. It still seems to take too much effort to close the door, but I refuse to let them touch my car again. There are lots of places that do quality work, this place just didnt seem to care if it was done well as long as it was done.

roseville Chrysler sent my newly purchased vehicle to them for a couple minor repairs. After I got it back it was the worst looking job I had seen on any vehicle I had owned. the 2nd time he had to paint it he didnt allow me to show him where I was talking about and after i got it back a 2nd time I was still not happy and he has yet to call me back after 2 weeks. The owner does rush jobs and does not take his time the inside of my car was dirty after I picked it up. The overspray was so bad on the rear windshield that I had to scrape it off with a razor blade and it was all over the rear of the car. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I dont understand why the dealer uses him besides that he is cheap and his work shows it. Use this as a warning before going to this place his work is cheap and cheaply done and rushed

I had only had my car about 2 weeks in some guy ran into me The rear driver side door received the majority of the damage. I brought my car to Roseville Auto Body and they had it fixed in about 3 days. They are a smaller shop and the service was top notch. About 6 months later I noticed the slightest bit of rusting from an area where the paint hadnt adhered well. I brought my car back expecting a big hassle, but they took care of it no questions asked. This shop does great work, even the dealer couldnt tell the door had been repaired. I would highly recommend Chuck and the guys over at Roseville Auto Body for any repair needs.

I went here and got an immediate quote for a badly dented passenger door on a 2004 Passat. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and it was finished Wednesday evening. The work was excellent my door looks brand new, and they went above and beyond and even painted some scratches that I never requested. Best Value out of every place I went to, very nice people. They tell you exactly what the parts are going to cost and how much labor will be. I highly recommend this place, I had a great experience and I am more than pleased with the work.
