This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off a foot by foot piece off of my Yamaha bike to be painted. They acted completely competent in their ability to perform this seemingly simple task. I was told to pick it up the next day, only to show and see that they only painted one side of it! So, I left it there another day for them to paint the rest only to show on day 3 and they didnt clear coat the lower half; the part needing it the most. So, I leave it ANOTHER day and come to get it and it has a black mark on it...in trying to get it, the guy chipped the paint and said he would have to have it another day to buff out and fix the spot..I call the next day and guess what??...the paint lifted and the guy proceeds to tell me that it is not HIS fault and he will try to have it done in a couple of days. First, if its not your fault the supposed paint professional, whose fault is it exactly? From their inability to perform a task they claimed to be simple, and their rude customer service, I will never be back or recommend them to ANYONE. Further, I will blast their BBB report daily until my part is back in my hands! Please take heed, if they cant paint this small part, how are they going to do on your car?

I wish I could give it 0 stars but 1 is the lowest it goes. This place is absolutely horrible, after spending $3k on paint and bodywork I have a rusty car.It started when I picked it up,after numerous delays,my power antenna stopped working and they tore the trunk seal off and didnt put it back on.Then 4 months later the roof started rusting again, and they charged me $250 to fix it.They claimed the rust warranty was only 90 days, but the body guy said my roof needs cut out and replaced. When I asked him why the heck didnt they tell me that when I first brought it in he said the guy up front was new and didnt know how to do estimates right. Why the heck is he up there doing estimates then?He also said they dont sand all the way down to bare metal,so when I asked if I just spent $3k to paint over surface rust I got a blank look.Calling their customer (non)service number is even more useless than the actual shop, they just give you the run around and apologize 1000 times that they are unable to help.It seems like they take delight in ripping customers off.Lesson learned....if you have an older car youre trying to fix up,stay far far away from this joke of a business and find a real body shop.

I had a hyundai elantra that had a smashed up and very rusted side skirt from being ditched a few years back. Also had a door that was re-paneled, but only had primer on it. I took the car to this maaco to have the door painted and replace the side skirt. They actually told me they could repair the existing side skirt which really surprised me, since the whole skirt was smashed up from front to back. The quote was only $520 for everything. I got the car back with no surprises and the paint was perfect. The color matched too which was impressive on a champagne tan colored car. I had the car about a year after that and everything still looked perfect when I sold it. Granted, the door was already prepped which helped maaco im sure, but the side skirt repair is what really impressed me. Their labor did a good job on that too. I cant speak for a whole paint job, as surface prep is very important, but for small paint jobs like mine I think the service was a great bargain.

Lets see paint job wasnt bad at all. Looked good, better than it was (which is what I paid for!). However there was a catch. I advise you NOT to trust them with your car. Things will get stolen like mine did. Over 2k worth of items were stolen out of my car (stereo system, subs, head units, even personal items like my dads custom gold ring that was given to me for Christmas... a family heirloom, if you will). With NO DAMAGE/SIGN of the car being broken into. Makes you wonder... Especially when I have a Honda and there was a Cadillac, BMW, and other fancier cars next to mine in the back lot. You would have thought that they would have security cameras. Plus Im pretty sure I was the only car that was "broken into" LOL. The Manager seemed cool until the cops came. Then he didnt seem to care. IDK Anyway, Avoid this place like the plague. I drove 2 hours a for a decent job and apparently now I could file for a possible lawsuit. Sounds fun.

I had a scratch on my drivers door and tailgate, I wanted to have fixed. They gave me a good deal and a couple days later called me. I picked up my truck and noticed the Trim for the doors in my back seat the Silverado letters falling off. I walked in and said the letters are falling off his reply was "yeah, our adhesive strips wouldnt work well on your emblems. If you want to pull it back up we will take them off and take the time to put some 3m on them. Bring it back tomorrow and we will out them on" -shouldnt this had been done in the first place if it wasnt right? after coming back the letters were crooked, they had to wet sand the paint. And then they left buff marks on the side so I had to come back again. Been back about 5-6 times. However the people are friendly lol

Our experience with Bob and his whole team of estimators, body repair and paint specialists was truly exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the degree to which they obsessed over getting it right when in actuality it ended up exceeding my expectations. Pricing was excellent and were so happy we chose this locally-owned business, twice so far in fact! While I hope we do not see them anytime soon, well show no hesitation returning in the future.

They are the slowest repair shop I ever dealt with, they had my vehicle for two months. Every time I would call different excuse last one was the best they did have the time to get it from the frame shop for 2 weeks. If you need your vehicle repaired eventually this is the place for you otherwise stay away (not to mention, staff looks under the influence all the time, and they are expensive)

I had some body work and primer put on an older truck I am restoring. They did a fantastic job with the welding and paint job. This is the second vehicle Macco has worked on and they have been very consciousness about any additional cost and call in advance for "permission" before continuing on. I would recommend them to others and will be using them to finish off my truck.

Horrible, they said itd take 4 to 5 days it ended up taking 2 in a half weeks. The paint job turned out decent but they didnt get inside of the bed on my truck. I had a set of aftermarket rims, I cleaned the day before i took it there and when I got it back they was filthy. A lot of dust and paint grime very hard to clean off. The inside also had a lot dust and paint grime.
