My Camry driver door was stuck in the locked position and would not open from the inside or outside and I couldnt even take the door panel off to see if it was an actuator or a linkage problem. I searched the internet and the verdict was that it is not a good thing because panel damage would likely result. I called some mechanics and they were a little leery, but they could look at it. One mechanic suggested a locksmith, and I called 3 of them and they said because it was an internal thing, they dont do that. Being at my wits end and tired of crawling over the passenger seat, I was driving home and I passed Jordan Valley Auto Body Repair and at the last second I made a u-turn thinking maybe they have a suggestion. I explained to Lonnie, who was working at the desk, my dilemma, and he asked if I had the car outside to which I did. He came out and immediately told me that the actuator was working and he worked the door handle from inside and outside for a little bit and the door popped open. He said he could feel that the linkage was attached. And to top that off he lubricated all four doors. I had never been to this business before, but I will remember this place if I need future automotive needs that they perform. Thanks again, Lonnie, for getting my door working and your kindness!

I was recommended this shop by my insurance company when I was in a minor wreck and when I saw the reviews I was okay with it since they seemed like a good shop. My car was dropped off Saturday night and they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I received no call from the shop, my insurance company couldnt get in touch with them, and when I finally was able to talk to someone on Tuesday they said "Well get it when we can." I find this pretty unacceptable considering I do not have a car for going on 5 days now and an estimate has not even been done yet. If we were waiting for a part to come in or something I could understand, but just not even having it looked at after all this time is unreasonable. My car is being taken to another lot because I cannot wait around for them to get to it. If you are needing a place to have an estimate done, please note that they take a very long time and are not informative.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!!! I was in a minor car wreck and I got set up with AJ that works with progressive to get my car looked at and fixed. Ive gone to places to have oil changes and its always been unremarkable but every time I came into Jordan Valley I felt welcomed right away by Nancy at the front desk! Also worked with Andre to look over my car and when my car was finished he went over everything with me. Anytime I had a question throughout the time my car was being fixed Nancy would answer before it even rung! Definitely would recommend for anyone in an accident or needing any auto work! Will be back for future car maintenance! My first car wreck was easier for me to deal with than filling out my taxes if that says anything!

I am from the West Plains area my SUV was damaged while visiting in Springfield which required putting it into an auto body shop, we chose Jordan Valley Auto body and we are SOOO glad we did!!! These people are superb in EVERY way!!! All the way from Corina (receptionist),to Lonnie and last but most certainly not least the VERY knowledgeable technicians that did beyond excellent work on my SUV!! It ABSOLUTELY looks brand new! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars Id like to give each & everyone of them a 10 star but was only able to give them a very well deserved 5 star!!! Again Thanks SO VERY,VERY MUCH Lonnie, Corina, & Staff!!!

We thought we were happy with the results. The car looked good. But then 1 week later, the Chevy emblem that they removed and replaced fell off. Now they refuse to replace it. They said " This is not our fault"
