We got in a small fender bender and chose Abra to repair our car because it was recommended by the insurance company. It was also really convenient to get a rental car from the shop because Enterprise is right across the street. We brought our car in on a Tuesday morning with the issues being some scratches and minor damage near the front wheel. The following Wednesday (8 days after dropping off the car), Abra called and said that the fuel line had sprung a leak and was leaking gas all over the engine, making it unsafe to drive. They said that the damage was not related to the original accident, nor did they cause it, its just one of those things that "happens". So we had to pay the cost to repair the fuel line, even though the leak started randomly at the end of the 8 days that they were working on the car. Because it was unsafe to drive, and I just wanted to get my car back, I paid to have the fuel line repaired, but I felt that they were extremely dishonest in making me pay to repair damage that happened while the car was in their care. I think Abra is one of those shops that takes advantage of people and makes customers pay for damage that was never there in the first place and I will never return. Ive heard many recommendations for Bonfes on West 7th street, and wish I had gone there instead.

The day was August 2 and I was traveling to St. Paul, MN with other two individuals. While traveling, closer to MN, the car I drove Mercedes Benz C350 front bumper got lose and before it falls apart, we started googling for auto body and managed to find ABRA auto body. We drove to the location and an individual responsible for the operation came out greeted us with a humble approach and asked why we were there. Immediately he came out and I showed him my issue. He called the person responsible for repairs and told us to get into his office and have coffee until the repair will done. In the next 30-40 minutes the work was done and told me someone will drive out your car and you can get your car he said. I asked how much I have to pay? He said you have nothing to pay and have a safe journey and let me go free. Today is August 8 and Im still talking about him. Thank you Sir for your humbleness and good gesture. Had a leak in our windshield. A bad leak. When it rained, it poured in our truck. Called a few places and they said it most likely would need body work, as well as a new windshield. Was recommended that we go to ABRA because they do both. Called and made an appointment, and was given a wide range of an estimate - depending on how much body repairs were necessary. Dropped off at 830 in the morning, got a call just after noon. We were expecting the worst, especially when we were asked "how much did we quote you for this?". After answering that the range quoted was $250 - $1500, there was a pause, and then a slow response of "well, not sure how to tell you this, but.... this is going to cost you 65 dollars." What!! Thats right. 65 bucks. They popped the windshield off, saw no damage to the body, did their resealing thing, and voila. A non-leaking windshield for far, far less than we had expected. Thanks ABRA. Nice job.

I had body work done a few weeks back I had no complaints. They did a fine job and looked like new when they were done. The workers all seemed nice and overall I had no complaints... Until I got texted, emailed and called every 2-3 days to fill out a survey. This has gone on for over three weeks. I was able to unsubscribe to both the text and email but then I started getting phone calls daily. I understand that getting customer feedback is important to businesses but that information is voluntary and if a customer doesnt want to participate that is their right. Due to how annoying this has been ABRA lost a customer as I will never return even after having a pleasant initial experience.

My experience was great at first. A few weeks later I started having problems with my trim popping off. About 2 weeks ago the trim peeled farther back so I had to buy some new clips to hold back the trim. When I looked under the trim today I noticed that one of the locations for the clip had a notch cut into it and there was some of the same caulking material used on the windshield that someone had used to glue back the trim. Now I cannot even use a new clip on the trim. The trim has to be removed to access the windshield and Abra was the last people to work on the windshield when they replaced it. Thanks Abra.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The staff was great to work with and updated me often on the progress of my car. They are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and to make sure nothing was inconvenient for me. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to their shop. Dont ever come here, zero customers service and if you think I am wrong try it and you will never come back just like me. I came to pick up my car and they left nasty and dusty vehicle and many other problems. Dont trust what they say or what their sign says. The guy who works this zero customer service body shop his name is Jim and he is trained only to ignore the problems that you the customer see.

I made an appointment, through my insurance company, to drop my car at a specific time in the morning for a reason. I have a job and a schedule to keep. I was told by the gentleman at the shop that they were just about to go into a staff meeting and I would have to wait! Really? Im the customer, thats why I made the appointment, I guess thats also why their lots empty. Good luck

Worth repair ever!!!!!!... They told me my mini van will finish by Friday, but it not done on that Friday I have to wait until next week Wednesday. Their promise is nothing. Their word is useless.
