I do not have enough words to convey how wonderful the entire staff is at Dodson-Williams. My family and I have been taking all of our vehicles to Dodson-Williams since they opened their doors. Keith and Bobby go MORE then above and beyond providing not only exceptional body work quicker than any other body shop in Springfield, MO, their customer service is impeccable! For a period of time with insurance companies we would have to get estimates and each time Dodson-Williams came in better with better prices and a time frame for receiving parts and having the vehicle completed much quicker then Hammers and Reliable BMW (those were the only two other places bids were taken from). After a serious collision, my car was towed to Reliable BMW, upon assumption that I wanted to go to their body shop due to the type of vehicle it was. The vehicle took months to get repaired at Reliable BMW and was then not fixed properly upon it being received back. I had to then take it too Dodson-Williams for it to be fixed properly. Again the job was done perfectly and quickly. Now insurance companies let you take your vehicle to who you desire to without going through the hassle that you had to in the past. Insurance companies have full respect for the quality and working with the staff at Dodson-Williams. I even hear great reviews when I say I want my car to go to Dodson-Williams from the insurance companies. All of my friends take their vehicles to Dodson-Williams instead of the other places in town now. I cannot say enough in a review about their dedication to their customers and to the work that they do on each vehicle that comes through their parking lot. I thank the entire staff at Dodson-Williams! It is never fun to go through the process of a wreck and repairs, but the do make the process simple and always greet you with a smile and treat you like family! I know I will NEVER go anywhere else and I know each person I have referred feels the same.

I had my care in their South shop at the beginning of the year and I was really impressed with how they worked with my insurance company I literally did not lift a finger or a phone. They had to replace on axle and front bumper after I hit a deer on my way to work. When I got my car back, the outside was all cleaned up and they even did the windows inside and out (which had not been damaged by the deer). I drove my car for about a month when I started to notice a weird noise when I was idling and in first (mind you, I drive a standard transmission so its really obvious when things dont feel right). I took my car in to the dealership, not thinking that the two things were related and got a call the next day asking if I knew that there was not a drop of transmission fluid in the bottom. I, of course, was in shock. After further examination of the damage they told me that it had to have been this way for about a month, meaning that when they had replaced my axle no one checked or refilled my transmission fluid. Now this may seem like a bad review, however its quite the opposite. Instead of saying "good luck with that, not our problem", by the next day they had ordered me a new transmission and they paid for my dealership to put it in for me. Now many places now a days will own up to their mistakes. EVERYONE makes mistakes, I would rather take my car to a shop that I know will back theirs. Thank you Dodson Williams for owning up to your work and standing behind it.

Initial impression was very good. They ordered a new fender and door for my 2016 F150 from Ford immediately after the estimate, even before the insurance company had approved the repair. I took it to them on Monday and they said they would try to have it done by Friday. On Friday they called and said it was ready. When I got there the drivers door wouldnt latch. They kept it another day - three days counting the weekend. When I picked it up the color match was perfect, however there was a large run on the fender and several smaller runs on the door. There was also a large spot on the door with dirt in it and the door alignment was off. I took it back to them the following Monday and they did a great job of repainting the door and aligning it. They tried to buff out the large run on the fender, but its still there. Barely noticeable, but still there. Overall, I think they did a pretty good job. Maybe a 5 out of 10. I would have rated them a 9.5 if they done this well the first time.

Terrible service, I have brought 3 vehicles there this year and was ready to bring a fourth upon the completion of this one. My vehicle drivers door was working fine when I dropped it off and when I came to pick it up it was broken. I am also a car dealer and I understand business and if I had possession of someones vehicle and I broke something it would be my responsibility to fix it. It makes no sense to lose a customer who is a large part of the local car industry and will be sure to spread the word of terrible customer service and the loss of a loyal customer over $100. Just does not make business sense.

I had a run in with a deer doing about 60 on a country road. Took out my bumper cover, drivers fender and both doors. pretty expensive hit. I called Acura of Springfield and they recommended Hammers Auto Body, I took it to them but when they found out I was with GIECO, they said GIECO recommends Dodson Williams, but they would give me a quote any way. That was very odd to begin with. But I had good experiences with Dodson Williams in the past, so I really didnt give it much thought. There was miscommunication during the repairs. I had an issue with a door, they have been great working through it.

These guys are amazing. They so sweet and helpful. The customer service is amazing. They truly go out of their way to help you. Wanted to just give em a hug! They are helping me out on something just because it took them a little longer than expected to get my car ready! What theyre doing is helping me out tremendously and I am so appreciative. Avoid if possible. Our family vehicle was in an accident. Dodson Williams wasnt our first choice, but we brought it there because it was a State Farm preferred site. We were told we would receive an estimate in approximately 3 business days. After multiple inquiries, two weeks later we finally received our estimate. Piss poor service. Clearly their professional word doesnt mean much.

These guys are great. I went in to get an estimate on a few scrapes I had on my bumper from another motorist. They were quick, friendly, and definitely a no pressure pitch. I just wanted the estimate to see if I should get it fixed or take the insurance money and do it later. The estimate was free and I would feel comfortable taking it to them if I get it fixed. Good business
