Integrity... that is the most profound word that comes to mind when thinking about Steve Cox and his team of professionals. I will try to be brief with my story. Last year, I had a small ding in the front end of my bumper, and took it to be repaired at Dents Unlimited-Cox Collision on South Campbell. Due to a shipping delay of a replacement part, I had to rent a vehicle for two days. When the rental car was due back and my vehicle was ready, Steve Cox (the owner) picked me up from the rental return location after the shop had closed. He opened up the shop, allowed me to pay my bill, then I was on my way. Approximately 2.5 hours later, I realized my 3.71 carat diamond fell out of my engagement ring! When looking at my call records, I realized Steves cell phone number was in my phone (he had called to confirm my pickup at the rental car location). Steve answered my call on a Friday evening around 9:30pm, and I informed him of the ordeal. To make matters worse, I was a couple of hours away. While I was contacting various the businesses I had stopped in on my way out of town, my Husband was in the Dents Unlimited parking lot looking for the stone in the pouring rain. The next morning (on a Saturday), Steve and my Husband looked in the parking lot with no avail. My stomach sank. There is a long story behind the ring, that I wont bore you with, but that stone was not only valuable... it is irreplaceable in my heart. If lost, I would never substitute it. Later that week, my phone rang... it was Steve. He, or one of his team members, had found the stone in the parking lot around some small pebbles in the front of the parking lot. Very few people in the world have the kind of compassion, honesty, and dignity to give back something like that. I know this letter is not much, but its story I feel that should be told. This team taught me a lesson... there still are good people in this world. Thank you Dents Unlimited-Cox Collision.

Ive taken 4 separate cars to Steve Cox and Dents Unlimited USA. 1) Honda Fit - t-boned a truck when they ran red light - wasnt totalled and we still have it - drives just fine - finish on black paint looks very nice - that was 3 years ago. Great job. 2. Honda Accord - Dents Unlimited handled some body repair after we had a run in with a mailbox. Do you know how badly bricks will scratch metal and paint - you cant tell it was every done now. 3. Honda Pilot (yes we like Hondas) - new rear bumper and minor paint after a rear end collision (stop texting and driving). They also recently fixed two rusting paint chips from gravel damage without having to repaint. Looks great. 4. Mini Cooper - detail interior - did a very nice job. Overall, I send folks there as I know theyll do a nice job.

Very disappointed with my detail. I spent over $230 for the "Elite" detail and the detail was anything but elite. I still had dirt/dust all over my steering column, several spots on my dash, and not one of the many scratches they promised would be buffed out and/or wet sanded out were removed. The guy I spoke to even admitted they didnt wet sand anything after telling me the day before they would. They did offer to run it back through but I didnt have time, they already had my truck for an entire day. Will not be doing business there again.

I used Dents Unlimited to repair a small door ding on my 2015 Ford Focus and was very pleased with the outcome. The gentleman that did the estimate said that I would never know it was there when they were through, and he was right. It was like it never happened. They were very friendly, courteous and professional and my repair was done promptly. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making my car beautiful again and hats off to the employee who did the repair.

Wow! Those are the best words I can say about Cox collision. From the moment my accident happen I wasnt sure what I needed to do! Megan jumped on the phone and kept me up to date! Steve came out with me to look at it, and assured me it would be fixed. Most of my family thought there would be no way of fixing my car. It definitely was not a fender bender! I got my car back quick and it looks brand new!!!! Can I give cox collision more then 5 stars! If I could I would!!!

I took my wifes car to cox car spa for a full detail and they went above and beyond. I was super impressed with the over all service and product. Thier customer service was next to none and my car looked better than the day I bought it. The leather seats were cleaned up spick and span and the shine on the car has lasted several several months. A big thanks to Steve and Ben for taking great care of me and my car. I will DEFINITELY be back for my next detail!!

My family has used Steve Cox and his great team at Dents Unlimited, Cox Collision and the Car Spa on numerous occasions and we continue to get great affordable service each and every time. I highly recommend you give them a call if you think you need body work on your vehicle because they may be able to save you a ton of money and fix the issue with their paint less dent repair. Plus the do the best detailing in town.

Their detailing was not up to a standard for their costs. For $300 I expect every bug stain to be treated and removed. They used a heavy oily cleaner on the interior that I had to remove with correct cleaners. They are probably fine for a normal car (but you are paying too much). Dont take anything high end here as you will be disappointed with their abilities. They failed in multiple ways.

We had the best experience with this business. Its never fun to have to get things on your car fixed but they made it so easy. They figured everything out with our insurance and made sure to keep us updated each step of the way. The owner also fixed a dent for us at no charge. They definitely take it above and beyond with customer service!

Another body shop messed my hood, bumper alignment up after they fixed it. These guys were able to fix their mistakes and went above and beyond. Also able to fix my window chip. Prices are affordable. Recommended to everyone! Thank you so much for making my S5 beautiful again!

Ive taken my vehicles here twice after accidents. They do amazing body work, both looked better than when I purchased the vehicle afterwards AND they call and let you know how its going, keeping you informed and in the loop so you can plan around it. Great work and awesome people.
