He is very knowledgeable in his field of auto body repair and is committed to getting the job done quickly but correctly, which isnt that what we want when we have to take our car in for body repair". I highly recommend Dusty of Austins Body Shop, I have never heard a negative thing about the work they do, only glowing reports. Dusty is concerned about his clients and excels in customer service. He is a very likeable and most of all honest put it all together and you have found a good Auto Body Shop!

The repair technicians and the owner at this shop are so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. This company takes the time to explain everything that needs to be repaired or replaced and why its necessary to do either. Most body shops that I have dealt with just give you an amount but dont explain what happens if you repair rather than replace OR why its ok to just repair something. Dusty is honest and dedicated to doing things right the first time. When my office vehicle was in an accident he came to our location to look since it wasnt able to be driven. I love Austins!

A deer hit me on the highway in Willard Mo. I actually ran into the side of my vehicle. Austins Body Shop south of Springfield was the only place I contacted. They got my car in quickly to assess the damage and gave me three different quotes all for three different impacts of the deer and got my window working again while they were working on my estimate. They a great company, very thorough and very honest!
