Awesome!!! Rick and his team went above and beyond repairing my car. From the start Rick was able to quickly estimate and negotiate with my Ins Co., then his team went into action and quickly repaired the damage. Most notable after Ins Co. repairs were completed, there was a issue with the axle (the Ins Co. wanted to repair the axle), Rick would not allow me to drive it (Rick said it was unsafe) Rick immediately acquired permission and replaced the axle. I personally recommend Rick and his team of professionals at MAACO. Sincerely Kelly OBrien

I was skeptical on letting Maaco do my paint job, as other locations have such negative reviews. I read this location, West St. Paul and saw many great reviews and decided to give them a call. Am I glad I did! I spoke and dealt with Rick(owner) and received great customer service, that ultimately made me comfortable on letting them do an all over paint job. Rick, izzy (detail guy) and his employees took care of me. Above and beyond! Thank you so much Maaco West St. Paul for doing such great work.

My car was with them for 2 weeks when promised me only one. Probably because it was sitting in their lot for almost a weak without even being touched. Missed areas of body work and paint on car. Brought my car in to redo the missed area and was promised only a day but now told it will be another day. Did not get any updates on my car unless I called to ask. Rick and his crew are nice people but lack consistency. Will not work with them again, unfortunately.

Thanks to Ken for helping us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the estimate. Was very pleased when I picked up my van today. Had some minor repair work done, plus a total repaint job.. I contacted several auto body shops in our area and Maacos estimate by far was the best.. Was well worth the extra drive time to St Paul from Rochester... Thanks Ken, and thanks Maaco.. I have a new looking van now.. :)

You guys are artists. Kind of like a potter, a painter and a sculptor all nailed into one artist. I keep going to the passenger side of my Subaru Outback just to gaze. Its like having a new piece of art displayed in the garage. Thank you for the great work, humor, and customer service.
