Superior told me they can do oil changes on BMWs cars..this car had never had a problem..EVER with the engine..they hook it up to a diagnostic machine-the Rep said this car runs excellent...So then they did the oil change..after leaving 7 miles later ..heavy blue smoke starts blowing out ..the engine lights turns on ..then the engine start to misfire..then I call a BMW shop to explain what happen..and how this could have happen...He said it sounds like he put to much oil in the engine...Warning to all people in Dakota county ..Never Never Never Ever have any work done by these guys when its a foreign Car..I probably will end up Suing them for the damage they caused to the car.

Had some body work done on my SUV. Their work is not only exceptional but they went above and beyond my expectations. They detailed the outside of my vehicle, cleaned up the engine compartment and made the vehicle look better than new. I also had another vehicle serviced in their service center and it was done when promised and again the work was done right, better than what you would get at a dealer. You have a life long customer. I brought my Honda CRV over to Superior Apple Valley Goodyear that had a thump in the front left tire and more thumps in the right rear tire. Mike and his mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as a bent wheel rim and flat tires. Mike recommended new tires, new wheel, along with balancing and alignment. I am excited as car = independence. I keep my cars for many years instead of trading every couple so having a shop I can trust is important to me. They dont just replace parts until they find the problem but diagnose well. When I have had an intermittent problem that was hard to diagnose they helped me watch for clues to figure it out. If I need a ride they are always offering before I have to ask. The guys at the front desk are knowledgeable and fun to visit with.
