My daughters car had a front end collision. Since it was an older car we did not want it fully restored (paint, no dents, etc) but rather wanted it repaired to a driveable condition. We took it to Fairway and they replaced front suspension, wheel and other parts. When it was done, my daughter picked it up and drove to work. On the way she noticed the ABS failure light was on and the engine was putting out large amounts of smoke. I was quite disappointed that they would allow a car out of the shop in this condition. We contacted Fairway and they said they did not address the brake issue because the light was on when we had brought the car in (of course it was on, the car had just been in a front end collision) and that we had told them only to get the car driveable. I actually had told them to not worry about aesthetics, I assumed they knew that they needed to make the car SAFELY driveable. After a second round of their work on the car, the engine still puts out smoke and the fender was left rubbing on the tire. When we asked about the smoke still being put out by the car and if there was an issue with a possible crack in the engine, they said they had not checked for that. We will not be going back there.

If I had written this review 2yrs ago, it would have been a 5 star review. My family has probably taken around 7 damaged cars here over a 15yr period and nothing but good service. However, the last time was a disaster. Long story short, they ordered a used seat to replace mine (not my idea). The used seat was defective and they charged me for a restock fee (why are they restocking a defective seat?) plus service fees for install of the defective seat as well as the new seat. I had to fight tooth & nail to get the 2nd service fee waived, but still owed a restock fee. Anyways, they ended up putting a cut in the passenger seat while installing the new driver seat... I didnt even bother notifying them, as it just wasnt worth it. Dropped an additional $100 getting that repaired...perforated seats...and therefore, perfect repair was impossible. Notice it almost daily.

Just picked up the Nissan after a complete interior detailing and WOW!!! Fairway has done a tremendous job! They definitely have a lot of integrity in what they do from the overall service to adding the final touch. Some companies dont even know how to add that final touch after servicing your vehicle. A few days ago I picked up my Mazda after a repair. Ashley told me, "He is just drying off your car". I was thinking, "What?" Apparently they did a basic wash on the exterior after the repair!?!?! Wow, I am Impressed! After a stressful week having to deal with the mechanical issue Fairway Collision definitely knows how to make it easy & stress free for you. Great even for mechanical work. Troy did a great job letting me know what the costs would be up front and worked with me to install suspension parts I procured elsewhere. The overall charge was less than other shops in the area and came with a top notch car wash! I will continue to go back to fairway when my car needs care.

These guys do absolutely amazing work - I brought my 2007 328xi in to have some dings/dents repaired to the body on the doors, back-quarter panel and gas tank and new trunk emblems installed. It looks like my 10 year old car is brand new again! I highly recommend the Fairway team... they are honest, fast and friendly.
