Now, usually I wouldnt say this, but if it were possible to give a negative star review, I would. The apartment complexes we are in the process of moving out of have been under terrible supervision. There have been numerous notes sent to the manager about a flea infestation, and a bed bug infestation in the complexes but never once have we had pest control visit into the units that have an infestation. We have never had a carpet cleaner visit the apartments, which legally is supposed to be done when new tenants arrive, especially with all of the pest infestations. And as a result we had friends who discovered bed bugs in their home that were there 5 months before they moved into the unit, and had to hire their OWN bug guy to inspect how long they had been there ext, because they did not have the proper cleaning done to them after the old tenants left.. Gaughan DOES NOT inform you 24 hours before entering your unit, they simply knock ONE time then proceed to enter into your unit yelling, "Gaughan." I have had to run into a closed off room neumorous times because they enter with little to no warning when Im almost completely nude, and again with NO WRITTEN warnings 24 hours prior to them entering my home. We have had at least 3 different managers over the last year, and a great length of time with NO MANAGER while they spent months trying to fill in the next replacement. I highly recommended looking into a different company to rent from because these guys are an absolute nightmare.

Horrible customer service the manager at woodland north is very very unprofecinal all she ever tells you is what do you want me to do about it! Not okay! Your car will get broken into and they wont do a thing about it! They have there caretakers who are unlicensed for things do things like fill boilers, put chemicals in the pool , and much more ! They didnt want to pay their employees for three months of missing pay !!! They never fixed a damn thing in our apartment and could care less about the comfort of their residents! I have been calling corporate for a week and have not gotten a call back !! Along with leaving Patrick 4 messages and 3 emails the owner still has not gotten back to me Im ready to go to the media due to people should know about this company and how they steal from their residents and their employees! I have plenty of vodeos, photos, and emails as well as notices to prove all of the things I am saying! Do NOT LIVE OR WORK HERE THIS PLACE IS HORIVLE ANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Its sad I have never been more embarrassed to work some were in my entire life, everyone I told I work for gaughan or that I used to work for them have said nothing good about them!! They have had killings at that property and still will not put up cameras where they are needed! So what does that tell you!!! Feel free to send an email or ask questions if you have any !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Visited my daughter n son in law twice a year for the last 3 years. She was a property manager for this company and resided in one of the complexes. She always was available 24/7. Ive seen her work on her vacation days as the co called n said she would not be able to use as they needed her. On phone constantly solving problems. She put her job in front of everything. Awesome work ethics. Was fired with no review. No warnings. Also her sister was employed there was fired the same day (on their birthday no less). Given 10 days to move out of the apartment. Which was paid for by the family. Not the company. No job. No pay but u are out on the street. I have never seen or heard of something like this happening to VERY loyal employees. Watch your back if u are employees here. Very backstabbing employees and management.

-1☆ I wish I could give them Zero stars! Horrible customer service. We Sent several emails for weeks . They never once responded. I have to go down there in person maybe some will help? I live in townhomes managed by them. We had tree fallen , its been sitting in our yard for weeks! They havent had anyone come or call to get this taken care of. We have emailed and called and no returned any of emails or phone calls. So frustrating and very unprofessional. But reading others reviews. I am now not surprised. Then they responded with please call us. WHY SO YOU DONT CALL BACK?? I have been calling so dont respond to this review please contact us. Because thats a joke. This is what my review is , you dont respond to anything

Disgusting! You attack a single mother, a nurse, who is trying to work out a payment plan because she is three months behind on her association dues because of a medical setback. Youve decided to take her to court, even though she has contacted you numerous times for help. You are now trying to collect 4x the deliquent amount. This is the only debt she owes, but yet you will force her into bankruptcy. Shame on you!

I have lived in the Gentry Place Apartments in Oakdale for little over a year now. It was okay at first, but now management is lacking very badly. Not only do I not receive a phone call back when I call or when i send a text to the managers phone about any issues. I try to give the company a call, given the run around. No one seems to have it together. It is getting very ridiculous.

Terrible company. Exceedingly poor communication. Sending information about current leases to former tenants so it never gets to the people who need to see it. Manipulative. High turnover. Failure to notify tenants of issues with their property before beginning punitive processes.

I have never lived in a condo community so screwed up. WE have had 4 managers in 8 years. They think they can do what they want. They hire the worst contractors, cleaning crew, and staff. I need to move.
