North Lake took the time to walk me through the entire process and handled everything directly with my insurance company to get me the best roof possible and to get everything approved. I felt like I fully understood the process and the timeline, and best of all there were no "surprises" during the process. Things happened exactly as they said they would. Everyone that I worked with and talked to at North Lake throughout the process of getting a new roof was completely professional and courteous. They always followed up promptly for all of my questions. They explained their contract, their process and the process with the insurance company very thoroughly. The customer service was excellent, and they stood behind their product and their installation.
