Google says I have to give some kind of rating to post this, but even one star isnt deserved. The experience started off well enough. They seemed to be the least slimy roofing vendor trolling the neighborhood after a hailstorm, and the online reviews seemed decent enough. We asked for a bid for the work, which we never received. After going dark for a month they call out of the blue to say they are going to do the roof at the end of the week. By the way, we still didnt have a bid. After looking at the fine print we realized the "agreement" that we had signed authorized them to do work (lesson learned). Ok, they could still redeem themselves. Since the work is done, send us an invoice. Upon our initial ask for an invoice, we were told that we should sign over the claim check from the insurance company, then we would be provided an invoice. We politely declined and asked again for an invoice. Today we get a call from the insurance company saying that Evergreen had contacted them directly to send an "estimate". Really? You must be kidding me. Fortunately our insurance company called us to let us know. Evergreen, I hope you are reading this. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE?? THE MATERIALS WERE PURCHASED!!! THE WORK IS DONE!!! WE DONT NEED YOU TO TALK TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ON OUR BEHALF. GIVE US A FREAKING INVOICE SO WE CAN PAY YOU FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND YOU CAN GET OUT OF OUR LIVES!!!

Joe and Dan were extremely prompt after I called the their office to request a roofing quote, they were able to come give an estimate that evening! I also appreciated the fact that they didnt try to push the sale once they showed up. I told them my situation, they listened, went on the roof and came down with a reasonable price for a better product than others were offering. I also didnt get the "shady, smooth-operator" storm chaser "feeling" from them. Joe explained he had been doing this for years and you could tell he knew his way around a roof, not some "fast-Eddie" who gets you to sign the contract but has never got his hands dirty. They were able to stay on schedule with doing the roof 2 weeks after their bid. The crew was professional, fast, and high quality. They left no trace of the job when they were done. Both Dan and Joe were quick to respond to texts and calls with my questions. I am VERY happy with the overall experience.

On August 16,2016 a hail storm damaged the roofs of 4 of my single family rental properties. I had 3 of them insured by state farm and one by another company (Company Worthless) that charged a bit less. I wanted to see if It was a good idea to go a little cheaper so I tried Company Worthless. . Too bad for me ,the company really stunk. I had 3 different roofing companies examine the place insured by Company Worthless. I received no satisfaction regarding the damage to the roof from Company Worthless or the roofers. Then I met Joe Hahs who was roofing my neighbors house. I told him my problem and how I wanted all the houses done by one contractor He met with State Farm and promptly worked out the necessary arrangements with them. Then he worked out an arrangement for the 4th house . The work was then performed to my satisfaction. Four houses, 3 garages, a carport and a shed. The work looks great. You will be happy with Evergreen

My review comes just a few short weeks after my house was damaged during a recent hail storm in Eagan, Minnesota. I was on my home from work picking up my son from daycare when I came upon a large hail storm in our neighborhood with 1.75-inch hail pounding down on vehicles parked in the parking lot and houses nearby. When I arrived at home a noticed a bunch of downed tree leaves and very noticeable hail damage to my home. I was pleased when Joe Hahs from Evergreen construction arrived assuring me that everything would be okay and with a quick inspection he noticed damage that I didn’t see. Joe was easy to work with and had answers to my questions right away. I recommend Joe and his crew at Evergreen construction!

When our roof was damaged by storms earlier this year, I was dreading the prospect of having to deal with the insurance claims process, a prolonged disruption to our home, and the challenge of finding a company we could trust. Select Evergreen was the right choice to address all of those concerns! Jason explained each step in the process and patiently answered all of our questions. The insurance process was handled without issue, the project started and ended on schedule and the new roof looks fabulous! It is not often that I endorse companies in this type of forum, but I was very impressed with the Select Evergreen team and would recommend them without hesitation.

Select Evergreen is great! Even in the crazy time right after the storm Select Evergreen were very professional. They gave me all the education on products and process. They did not try to scare us like some of their competitors did. What impressed me with them the most was they did what they said they would do and they didn’t bad mouth their competitors. (I had previously had 3 others inspect my roof and they bad mouthed everyone!). I would recommend Select Evergreen to neighbors and friends or ANYONE looking to have roof and siding work done. From Start to Finish Select Evergreen was there for me and IT ONLY COST ME MY DEDUCTIBLE!

Select Evergreen was an amazing company to work with. They were professional and treated our home with the utmost respect. We have a 4 year old and Jason knew I was concerned about nails; he assured me that every little thing would be picked up, and it was! SelectEvergreen has fantastic customer service. I never felt uncomfortable calling or emailing with questions and their responses were always immediate. I have already referred co-workers to their business. I can confidently say by selecting SelectEvergreen, you will not be disappointed.

We recently had hail damage to our roof, siding, gutters, windows etc. This can be a very stressful time as so much work needs to be done to the house plus dealing with insurance and mortgage companies. Joe Hahs and Evergreen Construction made the entire process easy. Joe was easy to communicate with and walked me through the entire process. His crews did an excellent job. All the work was done in a timely manner and the quality of work was exceptional. I would hire Joe again for any construction I need. Just please no more hail.

Top-Notch! Yes, my brother runs this company but my next door neighbor just was raving about the siding remodel he oversaw on our split-level in Minneapolis. He took my very outdated 1990s split-level and gave it a much-needed refresh with a new siding design, new gutters, and new paint for our door. It was very affordable and has increased the value of our home considerably. My neighbors have been asking for a referral for who did our siding so I thought I would write this review here and on on Next Door. Evergreen is great!

Joe was very easy to work with and provided great communication. We had some things to work out with insurance and he met with the adjustors multiple times. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible. The roofers worked very hard to get the roof done in a timely manner. They were very polite and tidy with all the equipment. They cleaned up the yard very well which was important with kids and a dog. I highly recommend Evergreen Construction.
