I highly recommend using the Wise Family Funeral & Cremation Services for any pre-planning or unexpected arrangements due to their expertise; ensuring every need, want and wish is executed with the highest level of dignity & professionalism. From the minute you walk through the doors, you are made to feel as though you are walking into a friends home. Greeted warmly, youre made to feel comfortable, you are not rushed or made to feel as though you are just another business transaction to them. Their entire staffs dedication to making a stressful situation as stress free as possible is made to look effortlessly by their ability to ask questions or suggest ideas when they can tell you are feeling a bit overwhelmed. Dealing with them in the planning stage, their execution and coordination with the church went smoothly. Left us without a worry that everything discussed would not be executed exactly the way we had intended it to go. We took advantage of the ability to have them take care of all the memorial folders, thank you cards and in addition, had them do a memorial video set to music, which was the best decision we made. All were beautifully done and with little to no effort on our part, exactly the way they wanted it to be. Clearly, they are guided by faith and a deep desire to help others in their darkest hour. Something that not everyone can pull off so easily. Their thoughtfulness didnt just end during the planning and execution of the service, their extensive materials dealing with grief as well as their seminars they offer to the public is just another commitment they have to their craft. My family and I cannot thank them enough for navigating us through the most difficult time in our lives. I would like to take a moment to thank the Wise Family Funeral Home. Thank you to Mike, Mary, Sarah and all involved with the funeral home. Two of the darkest days in my life were made much easier thanks to Michael and Mary and their staff. My mothers and my nephews passing left a huge whole in our lives. Thanks to the compassion and genuine feeling of love displayed by these people who went well above and beyond what anyone could expect our loss was made much less painful. Mike does everthing in his power to make this dire situation seem peaceful. From the minute we walked in the door to their beautiful establishment until the end of the after funeal meal the wise family felt like members of our family. I have had the privilege of working with the Wise family and they are amazing! They are removing the stigma and stereotypes of the "death business." They are not the typical funeral home... And thats a good thing and a refreshing change from the usual! They continually make each and every person they come in contact with feel like a member of their extended family... guiding and caring for the living while honoring the legacy of those they help lay to rest. My family members have personally been served by Mike, Mary, Sarah and their team. We are forever indebted to them for the kindness, continuing care and generosity they extended not just in the toughest times, but continuing on years after our use of their services. Losing Chase was devastating. Circumstances that no one prepares for. My hope is anyone communicating with Mike and his family only do so to prepare for what is inevitable late in life. That all being said. I can NOT imagine this situation being handled with such compassion, professionalism, and attention at any other funeral home. The Wise Family TRULY is just that. It felt like my family was handling the details. They are amazing people doing unbelievably difficult work. They were 100% accessible at almost ANY hour. It would be unthinkable to make your arrangements any place else. Thanks again to the Wise Family for making a painful experience less stressful with this part of it.
