From the moment my family and I stepped inside Mueller Memorial funeral home we felt surrounded in love. Mary Thompson, Mueller Memorials funeral director, recently assisted my aunt and family with arrangements owing to the passing of a beloved uncle. Marys deep compassion, great competence and genuine caring made this very difficult time more than bearable. She and the entire staff at Mueller could not have been kinder, more helpful or professional . Mary made us feel like nothing was too much effort and she would be there for all of us through the days and weeks ahead. Unfortunately, over the years, I have lost several family members and was intimately involved in their funeral arrangements at other funeral homes. The coldness and lack of caring at those other facilities only served to deepen my grief and stress. Only with Mary and the staff at Mueller Memorial did I feel truly cared for. Perhaps there is no time greater in a persons life where the need for deep compassion is every bit as important as excellence in a business. Mueller Memorial will give you both.

When seeking an organization to work with in any industry, there is always a beginning stage where trust must be built and I feel that I absolutely MUST broadcast how trustworthy, ethical, and competent the staff at this organization are. I have personally known Scott Mueller, Taelor Johnson along with several of the Mueller Memorial staff for a number of years. They are an absolute delight to work with and create joy in every interaction that they are involved with. Every relationship whether it is personal or professional, has to start somewhere, and Scott has always made himself available for both personal as well as professional support and advice in times when I was in need of counsel. In March of 2017, I was able to have an alumni meeting at Mueller Memorial and it was a great experience. I have never utilized the space for a non funeral type event and the night exceeded my expectations! We used the formal bar space for wine, the beautiful chafing dishes for some great appetizers, and the new reception hall for a sit down meal. The event was at night and the patio lights and atmosphere gave a beautiful ambiance that everyone enjoyed. I would definitely recommend the facility for both funerals and non related funeral gatherings.

Families and friends are often struggling after the loss of their loved one. Scott Mueller and his team are doing all they can to provide ongoing care by offering an awesome faith based program entitled GriefShare. Many people have been helped through their grief by attending this awesome group. Thankyou for your desire to continue to be of help and healing after the death of those we love. Not many funeral homes go above and beyond to do this.
