Great Community Resource Even if you fashion yourself, as I do, to be a semi computer nerd, my advice is that you use "Computer House" as your first call for help and assistance. After 2-3 hours of attempting to rectify my recently purchased laptops failure to communicate with its UBS ports I took my neighbors suggestion and called Computer House. Making a long story made short, I packed up my laptop and took it to Computer House, explained my problem to a patient listening Bruce K. who had the problem resolved and remedied before I could finish the grocery shopping and return home. In a nutshell, Computer House is a great community resource providing excellent computer related services at very reasonable prices. Thank you Bruce, rest assured I will continue to use Computer House for my continuing personal and business computer service needs. BRJ

Ive been in to see Bruce several times, and he is always pleasant, giving each customer the time they need to understand the problem and the options for repair or replacement. I usually build my own computers, and have only once needed to take the whole (dead) system in for testing. Bruce supplies a full system diagnostic and inventory sheet so you know what hardwares inside the computer--in case you want to upgrade. Ive bought some parts here and there as needed, saving me a trip to MicroCenter. He even has numerous used desktop & laptop computers (monitors, too?) for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Just brought my new computer home and hooked it up. My old computer had a failing hard drive. Computer House was more than helpful in answering all of my questions, diagnosing my computer, recycling my old laptops, talking with me about my honest options and letting me know that they are here for me with any questions as I start using my new computer. Excellent, honest and thorough customer service. I brought in my ailing business laptop to Bruce and Desiree. They set me up with a new desktop, screen and related hardware. One day later I picked new equipment with all my files, pictures, email folders and documents all loaded. All that was required of me was to go home and plug it in. Even my screensaver was installed. I was dreading getting new equipment. They made this transition completely painless. I would highly recommend them. There pricing on new equipment and services in my opinion were a bargain. My grandfather took his computer here to get it fixed. Usually I handle all his computer issues, so I was shocked when he took it there and was worried they would charge him an arm and a leg for repairs. They reinstalled Windows 8.1 and all his software for a very reasonable price especially considering how much time they worked on it. I will be bringing my computers there when I dont have time to work on them myself. Very impressed with Desiree and her knowledge of computers

I run a small business and I dont have time to wait in line at a big box store for computer service. When I had computer problems, Bruce called me back immediately. I dropped my PC off in the morning and had diagnosis of the problem within 2 hours. He was very professional and took time to explain things and my options. His fees are a fraction of what youd pay for service at the big box stores. I would definitely recommend Computer House!

Computer House is a small family owned business on Main St in Hopkins. I took my laptop there and was greeted by Desiree. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She fixed my computer in 2 hours and I was back to work. The prices are VERY reasonable and I HIGHLY recommend Computer House if youre in the area. Even if your not, its worth the trip!!! One of the best laptop repair in Minnesota.Bruce is extremely knowledgeable. My laptop is having display issues he diagnosed and replaced my LCD cable. After 2 hours he called and said everything was fixed i am shocked with his quick fix. Very fast service and i highly recommend Computer House.
