I went in a little over a week ago. Back in July of 2016 I shaved my head for a friend of mine who was diagnosed with Cancer. Since then I have been working on trying to grow my hair back out to a reasonable length. I saw Kay under a recommendation. She was very personable and kind and when I showed her what I would like with my hair style she did just that. She shaved the back of my head (Since that hair grows faster typically) like I wanted and then adjusted the sides and then shortened up my bangs and made them wispy like in the photo I showed her. We also talked about hair care and I mentioned that with my hair being shorter than I was used too it seemed to always look oily so she recommended some shampoo and conditioner which is really helping. Im happy with the outcome and am going to keep going back to Kay so we can make my long hair dream more of a reality. =]

I gave this place a try because it was close to where I lived. The first time was okay but for the price, nothing to write home about. The second time I booked an appointment on short notice and got a very nice and very chatty young man who seemed to understand what I was asking for but as he began cutting he shared with me that this was his FIRST TIME cutting a womans hair and that he was SO excited because hed JUST learned how to do a similar cut to what I was asking for except with a razor and how great to get to try it out on me. It ended up being WAY to short and layered (Id asked for a blunt bob) and so there wasnt anything to do but let it grow out before I could get someone else to fix his cut. Add to this the front desk staff were a bit dismissive and this salon will NOT be getting a third chance with me.

Worst salon experience I have ever had! I was there with a bridal party on Thursday to get our nails done and less than a week later, half the paint had chipped off. (Not to mention she painted more skin than nail) Then for the morning of the big day, they double booked bridal parties! We were over an hour and a half late to the church because the appointment ran so late. Then they overcharged half of us (charging us for more experienced stylist to "keep the cost equal among everyone"). And please, do not even get me started attitude of some of the stylists...so rude!

My wife got her hair done here and raved about the work. Kudos to the stylist! As she was checking out, however, she was advised that the establishment didnt take credit tips. No problem right? She left to find an ATM, but on the way out the door, the receptionist yelled, "Maybe you should check the website next time!" In front of all of the other patrons. After returning with cash, the receptionist took the tip without a, "Thank you," "Sorry for the inconvenience," etc. Needless to say, she single handedly lost my wifes repeat service.

This place is completely overpriced and will charge you for everything they can think of. It took over 3 hours for a cut and color. I asked to go darker and left almost blonde. They also talked me into buying product explaining that I could bring it back if I was not satisfied. They failed to mention that coming back did not mean returning it. I would not try this place if youre looking for a relaxed atmosphere. It was so noisy, my hair dresser could not hear anything I was saying. This could explain the poor job she did on my hair.

I went in wanting a long pixie with an undercut. She gave me an A-line cut. When unsatisfied with it, I asked for the back to be buzzed and she some how blended the buzz with the rest. Which was not what I asked for. I had pictures too I have no idea why but I swear hair stylists have some sort of issue with me. Since I can remember it has just been one bad hair cut after another.

I got a haircut from Mollie a while back. She showed frustration on my preferences, did not listen and messed up my hair. It looked nice when it was done but took me months to grow out. I had to get it fixed a couple of days later and after it grew out. I only felt welcome from the receptionist. It was a good thing that I had a coupon. I would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Mask is my go to place for all things relaxation and beautification! Megan B is an absolute genius and I would (and HAVE) recommend her to all my friends and family. She has not only given me the best hair cuts and colors of my life, but she has also turned me on to some AMAZING products! My hair, skin and nails have NEVER looked better!

I have been going to the MASK for years. Lien is my stylist and shes fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional stylist that is reliable and always listens to what youre looking for. (She also is consistantly knowledgable about new trends, as are many of the stylists at the MASK.)

Caitlynn has been cutting my hair for years and does a great job. I have never gotten a bad cut or color. My stylist is fantastic and I would be reluctant to go anywhere else.
