If I could rate zero stars I would...As I am calling to make an appointment the lady that picked up dare to be so rude telling me I need to set a date and stop asking questions because she has other calls on the line. WHAT in the world is WRONG with this girl? she hung up on me because I told her this was my first time and I am not sure what to do...I am completely upset to hard rude she is, I also wasted money on this by purchasing a Groupon set for this place...shame on her.

Used a Groupon. The whole experience was uncomfortable. They brought me to a room sections off by curtains. I could hear the person next to me getting slapped. The curtain was open the whole time so there was no privacy. Then I got moved to another room where I received my full body massage. It was not relaxing. She was using her forearms, which is fine but I could hear her ligament crunching. Not worth the little money I spent.

I went to the same place for over 5 years. I like the owner, but some masseuses are horrible. They ether sick or talking or not using pressure at all. Last time I went there I had Groupon and guy asked me to give him more tips before even massaging me. Then he got into the conversation how much foot massage should cost! He was petting me on the same spot for 5 minutes. I gave two stars just because I had some good experiences.

Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a Groupon, and when I tried to schedule the appointment, the woman on the phone didnt understand me, yelled at me, and then told me I couldnt use my Groupon. Thankfully Groupon refunded me in credit, so I was able to take my business elsewhere. So sad that this is the way people are treated for trying to support local business. ):

Was relaxing had the combo.. paid 60 plus 2 for credit card.... after massage I was told massage therapist should recieve 12 dollar tip!!!. I was not impressed to be told I needed to pay 12 dollars more.. I will go elsewhere maybe I should get Groupon
